Guys, the Far East development plan is now completed!!! Remember Far East Economic forum where we were expecting Putin to sign it but he did not sign and ordered to finalise it instead by mid November? Well the Government is running ahead and yesterday finalised it. Guys, remember we are in this plan too...!!! Was this a reason for buying pressure for the last few days???

MOSCOW, November 5. / TASS /. The Russian Ministry of Eastern Development introduced a draft national program for the development of the Far East to the government, which was finalized by order of President Vladimir Putin. This was reported on Tuesday in the press service of the ministry.
Following the meeting of the Presidium of the State Council on September 4, Putin approved approaches to the formation of a national program for the development of the Far East until 2025 and for the future until 2035, and instructed the Cabinet to finalize and submit for approval the corresponding draft decree.
“On November 5, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic introduced a draft decree of the President of the Russian Federation“ On the national program for the development of the Far East until 2025 and for the future until 2035. ”The draft decree was finalized in accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation given at the Fifth Eastern Economic forum, "the report said.
The national program defines the goals and main directions of socio-economic development of the Far East as a national priority of Russia. The document should ensure economic growth rates that exceed one and a half times the national average, increase the quality of life of the population of the Far East to a level higher than the national average, and also stop the migration outflow.
It is assumed that the activities defined in the program will increase the volume of Far Eastern exports by 1.5 times, increase the share of non-primary exports to 40% and ensure that the macroeconomy receives at least 11.5 trillion rubles of investments. The social section of the national program includes measures to increase transport accessibility of settlements, the quality of health care services, education and science, physical education and sports, culture, as well as measures to support family and childhood. In addition, it is planned to increase the volume of housing construction in the Far East by 1.6 times

Giz,LME Nickel is 99.8/9% pure.
So just need cleaning of impurities.
Nickel Laterite has a lot more impurities but is used to make Pig Iron.
A lot of Nickel has been stored in the Netherlands by the Chinese,it has been removed from LME and moved there as insurance as Indonesia ban will hit them hard.
