Your second thought is correct. The previous resource model used .4% nickel, the new one will be using .76 - .88% nickel, a big upgrade.
Currently, we have approx. 1 million Tonnes Nickel Eqv. Resource. The new update will give us propbably 1.3Million Tonnes NEqv, pushing us to 7th - 8th in the world.
