You'd guess the Russians would prefer the larger facility on Russian soil option, creating most jobs and GVA in local economy. For this to happen they'll need to put a decent funding package for the road and as we all know that local infrastructure is well within the FEDF scope. Very positive to see visibility of meetings. Expecting news on funding within months or sooner

Do people not realise how big this project is going to be? The deputy head of government is involved in our meetings, we have an MOU with Jinchuan and yet we're only at 11p?? Load up load up!!

Amur has one of the world's last remaining undeveloped nickel sulphide deposits
Amur Minerals Corporation (LON:AMC) has held a series of meetings with Russian officials with regard to the development of infrastructure around the company’s Kun-Manie nickel sulphide project in the Far East.

Key participants to the meetings included the Governor of Amur Oblast, the Deputy Head of the Government, State Ministers and additional staff of the state and regional ministries including that of Natural Resources, Amurnedra, Transport, Forestry and Economic Development.

Meetings with representatives of the Russian Rail system were also held.

These are the first such meetings to take place since Amur signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Chinese nickel major Jinchuan.

Amur said that it will need to construct 320 kilometres of road in order to secure working access to Kun-Manie on a standalone basis.

It also said that three processing routes for Kun-Manie ore remained open to it: smelting in China, a standalone concentrate facility next door to the local railway, and a bigger facility capable of taking on additional ore from other projects.

1|1|1|, thanks for your post above. I haven't read last night's posts but if they slating me, good luck to em. They were slating me when I was buying at 2.5p. I kept buying and their comments made no difference to my profits. People like light, roofer and sr2 come and go. Most long term holders have been here fore 8-10 years. We have each invested quite large sums prior to gaining a licence which I too will admit was highly highly risky. Now that we have that licence, the risk is so little. Should RY n Team decide, we could simply sell the licence and give up the asset for figures beyond most shorter's imagination. The risk/reward for LTH here is negligible in my opinion therefore it would be very foolish to not have added at 2.5p, which was a gift from RY to LTH. The next gift will be CREDE gone....that RNS should strike the match under this rocket.

Light, as most know here, I am a long term holder, think about those 3 words for a second before you engage your brain and hurt it more.Let's be honest people, these scum arrive when we are moving up so they can profit on the pull backs. Shares do not go up in a straight line and these shorters arrive on cue when a stock goes up over a 100%. (In this case over 600%).Fact of the matter, these are penny pinching spread betters and shorters who force weaker PIS to sell by scaring them across public BBs. Worse than Pond scum.

I agree, this is just the start. We all want the update on JORC and news of a possible T/O but any news that's positive is building a stronger and more stable launchpad.
