I've not believed the Crede shares have been going to the open market for the last 6 weeks. I believe there is an accumulation occuring with full support of AMC. I am very hopeful that Monday is going to be a Mega RNS day for us, including:1. Resource update 2. Confirmation that we are included in this round of development funding (application open tomorrow see iii board) 3. Notification of who has built up a stake (JV partner or future owner) Perhaps even shareholder distribution and FAQs updated I would not want to be out this weekend!

It's all supposition and guesswork. The shares could have been put on the market and bought up by anyone.

Could someone give me clarification on this?

Several BBs have indicated that Crede sold their first Tranche of shares to a third party
outside the offer process.
This appeared to be the case looking at the Share Distribution. This caused several
posters to counter this argument and argue that they sold them on the open market.
This appeared strange to me as buying around 22m shares over a short time while
keeping the share price going down did not add up.{ no pun intended }
Either way it would appear that somebody is building a stake in AMC

Now I get to the piece that needs clarification.
According to British Virgin Island Stake Building Regulations this little gem appears.

Stake Building
Can shares be bought outside the offer process?
Yes, save to the extent that transfers of shares in the target company
are subject (by virtue of the articles of association of the company)
to the consent of the directors of the company.

So my question is, do the directors of the target company have to give their consent or is it the Stake Builder directors who have to give consent?

I would think the target company, but that is only my opinion.

Therefore if Crede have sold shares to a third party outside the offer process then
AMC directors would have to have given their consent.

So now i wonder if this is why we have had no update to the Share Distribution
since January 11.

Could it all look so obvious if we were to see it?

Investors may receive access to Russia’s largest copper and gold field
Posted on March 31, 2016 by Tracy Weslosky

iStock_000080960463_SmallThe US Freeport-McMoRan and Canadian IG Copper plans to start the development of Malmyzhskoe copper-gold field, one of Russia’s largest copper and gold fields, this year, according to sources close to the companies and the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

This will take place in the case of granting of all the needed permissions to the companies for the development of the field from the national government, which is planned for the coming months.

The development of the field will be carried out by Amur Minerals, a joint venture of Freeport-McMoRan and IG Copper, where the latter holds a controlling stake.

Keeping an eye on Vast, from a Crede point of view and bought 500,000 @ 0.24p yesterday to keep me interested. (Now, why didn`t I buy 5,000,000?)
