at the end of the day most of you know deep down what is happening but you just can't let go emotionally

anger, frustration, depression, denial.... we've all been there

the first one in dec, including the warrant conversion the other week was effectively a placement at just under 6p

if this next one proceeds i calculate that when factoring in the free warrants the placement will be just under 4p

if you extrapolate that forward you arrive at

3p for no 3

1.5p for no 4

and 0.75p for no 5

that's knocking off 50% each time

if you think that can't happen.... they don't call them death spirals for nothing

on top of all that you'll still need to attract investors who ultimately will need to put in hundreds of millions of dollars to get this up and running years from now

shareholder value? good luck, you'll need it

what you should all be asking is why the hell wasn't 10m raised on the summer spike? they had plenty of time to get it away. now you will pay for it. death by a thousand cuts

do you all understand that when the warrants are issued in conjunction with the 90 day? £2.5m equity raise at bid price...... the warrants are basically free shares. they don't pay for them

note the 5m warrants just as an admin charge in one drawdown

crede cannot lose.

if the next £2.5m conversion is at 7p.... when you include the free warrants/admin charge that is effectively a placement at approx 4p.

you are all being stiched up like kippers basically

it's a death sprial

take a look at vast

Well peawacks we've been here too long to get flustered, it does do your brain in if you clock and share price watch too much. Wouldn't want North Pole to do that or worse get frustrated and sell and miss out. I feel very confident we are going to see a very good year. All the best

Quite so reggie, Robin on timing is not worth listening to, he clearly is happy to keep PI on tender hooks. Good job he does rocks better than he does clocks. Northpole, just switch off mate. You will do your health no favours clock watching. News will come

Robin / AMC have a differing interpretation of timescales to most on here. Phrases like imminent, near term etc actually meant months and months

Amur Minerals PLC's Young says Russian government talks will not slow project
Share
07:54 14 Mar 2016
Robin Young, chief executive at Amur Minerals (LON:AMC) discusses the outline agreement with the Russian government's Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund for its Kun Manie project.

He says the agreement lays the foundation for the company to start negotiations with the fund to establish the needs, expenditures and requirements for the development and extension of a power line where the company intends to build a smelter and a 320-km long road from the mine to the railhead.

He adds the discussions with the Russian government fund will not impact the project's timeline.
