Would that be a Russian based oligarch or a western based oligarch ? Either way it would need to be one with an afinity with the RF or it would complicate matters for all of us. That's not a criticism of Russia, I would be watching this very closely if I were in their place. Let's not forget, this is a strategic asset.

Depends on the oligarch. These days, not so many of those 'creepy' ones and more astute ones but recession and decline in Ruble has screwed em over.

The issue I see with any rise like this is that AT seller getting an opportunity to push it up then off load in to it at peak. See it time and time again with AMC, the vale of which should be 50p today with licence 100% own and in the bag.
