Very true .. Good post .. Personally I still think CEO Nobin Head should be removed from his current Position now .. Other than not Trusting him I think he is well past his Sell by Date now at AMC as a CEO !

Para to me in relation to the financing deals, trading etc the 64 million dollar question is who holds RY or more importantly the chairman to account? Undoubtedly when this comes good the average shareholder will do well but not as well as they could have done, as their interests are second to "friends of the BOD"

As Mr. Buffett once said, be fearful when others are being greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful. There is no better investment case out there right now than Amur Minerals, in my view. Just my opinion.

Remember the days when we were told we would never get a mining licence in Russia ? Well then we were told we could never mine the stuff. What was just a pipe dream then, doesnt seem impossible now, does it ? Any suitor knows that RY simply does not have to sell at anything less than a fair price, and Mr. YOUNG has said he is open to sensible offers. The only people uptight here are the grab it quick brigade.

I suspect there is a good reason for entering into the Crede deal. If RY doesn't have anything before the March calculation, then it is going to disastrous for us PI's and long term holders as what's to stop some heavy selling on the day and closing at 3p?The subsequent knock on effect of the dilution, loss of trust in management, risk to securing the DFS funds would be compounded in the June calculation and it would game over. I don't think that RY is oblivious to how the share price has been managed down. My money is on resource upgrade along with JV partner announcement a few days before March calculation date :)

There's nothing like the absence of any news to spur the theories..... I hope RY is polishing up our new drill, "Big Ben". That baby could really change the whole proposition of Amur. In the meanwhile control of the day to day share price remains a frustration, a concern or an opportunity. I plum for the latter. Buy hard while you smell fear.

Lol .. Talking about moving on .. In the meantime the AMC share price is currently only around 6p to Buy .. Is that really classed as potential Progress being made by the current AMC CEO Nobin Head then ?

It is a distinct possibility that he was strengthening his hand before his next move. He, above all, knows the potential here, and with a sparkling update now due he will be able to say to any suitor, 'the ball is in your court'. We are moving on, with or without them.

Totally agreed Peawacks, this is being purposefully managed / held at around 6p.

With everything that has occurred over the years, i'm left with only one question now. "Do I think that RY entered into the agreement with Crede with some substantial news pre March issue".

My view is yes.

My main reason being that the timing of the agreement appears 9 - 12 months too early. The more appropriate time would be after we have updated the reserves from 2015 drilling (breaking past 1m tonnes) and after preliminary results of 2016 season (where new drill rig would have generated value).

Hmm .. Of course on this current Mickey Mouse Trading Platform if your Trading Fee Free no matter what size the Trade is .. It's all so so easy to attempt to bring the AMC share price down .. Lets face it this as been the case on a virtual daily basis now for how long ?

In the meantime how many Company CEO's would be happy to watch it all happening {AMC share price constantly dropping} without they really do have an Hidden Agenda ?

But then like Lanstead did have Crede also specified that AMC need to remain on this Trading Platform as part of the recent Deal they did with AMC ?

I have previously mentioned it .. Did anybody who attended actually ask current AMC CEO Nobin Head at the recent Mining Presentation the reason for AMC still remaining on this Trading Platform then ?

Out of interest I have also previously asked the question but never got any answer to it .. Does anyone on here know of any other UK Aim Rodeo Companies that are also currently Trading on this Trading Platform that AMC currently is ?

Thanks for posting your LT holdings.I have holdings in OPTI,CRX,I sold RED on the fund raise and took profits. I will buy back in when it falls back a bit.
I make my longer term investments in larger caps now.Small caps just a few K.

TTand, Duxy, I think it is a closed shop here as no one else have bothered to post their recommendations ,or they just hold AMC?
There is nothing happening here with AMC share bar the AT trader having fun.
It is worse than watching paint dry.
I wish everyone the best in their investments.If they wish to keep them a secret thats OK too.
Oh,AMC has just gone up a bit !!!

Anything is possible.Abrovenich invests in the AIM, I think he is invested in AFC and Velosy.

Unlike before the licence when we were in complete limbo time wise, we now have a clear defined path to a JV production or a takeover.Every day IS now a day closer unlike before. What we have in the ground is 100% ours and getting bigger by every drill. Our current price is absolutely craziness and I'm adding all the time. The Crede deal is only 12 months and not 15 as a lot of people are saying on various boards. Dec-Mar-Jun-Sep-Dec.
