Are these worth a gamble at 4p or maybe I should another 7-10 days for much lower price? I am thinking there must be a level where upside risk is greater than downside (max loss 100%)

I agree-this is going down the toilet unless the convertible is taken out.They are trying to raise the money to sort out cashflow but the convertible has to go-and no sane entity will pay Arena off at full ‘value’

The whole model is in need of a rethink-building a factory 100s of miles from supply chains is madness and where is the margin?

Business needs at least £5mill to keep going and pay off loan facility i would imagine -

1p would kill the equity whereas 3 or 5p would keep it going-

Too much debt to be sorted ahead of any equity for working capital purposes, and a lot of the original funding was via tax advantaged paper in any event, who will be happy with the write off. This will go bust and the IP, such as it is, picked up for next to nothing.

Debt for equity swap out of the convertible plus a rescue raise. Equity holders will get swamped.

hardly a good advert for this electric new world,a battery company going bust..no doubt they'll get the funding but at what price?

could be as low as 3p..or even do a vrs and hit 1p..i will be buying then
