Well my understanding of where we're at, and why nothing seems to have happened yet, is because we are waiting on a due government process, all licence negotiations have been agreed and are with the relevant government departments awaiting final signatory approval.
The PSA licence is with PURA and waiting on the development licence final approval and likewise the development licence is with the government and waiting on the confirmation of reserves that will be provided by the CPR.

I got the feeling that last year certain department ministers were getting a bit ahead of themselves when early last year they were suggesting gas to be delivered by 4th quarter, and that maybe the reasoning behind the replacement of the Energy minister early on in the year. ?

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if the TPDC are working on exercising their rights to back into the Ntorya development, and maybe they are also waiting on the findings of the CPR.

What do they mean by "timing and receipt". Timing ambiguity I can understand. What does "receipt" mean?

Tanzania is known for taking ages on anything so nothing new there. You just have to go with it. The wait will be worth it considering what Aminex have with Ntorya. They are closer to the prize now more than ever. ARA are not stupid and wouldn't be here if they didn't know the billions of $$'s that they can make..that's all you need to know.

How little knowledge you have Geoff. TPDC regulate the Tanzanian oil and gas operators along with PURA. Nothing happens without their approval. You're obviously short here or have been badly burned in the past and so resort to deramping and posting false information for your own book, while trying to justify you're nonsense by saying you don't want anyone investing in Aminex as you want to save their money..Hmm..really... more like you don't want them to make any money that you've clearly lost out on. Sad.
