No ramps here pal, HE1 dropped @15% in the last week and a sea of red today, not that i'm really interested but I certainly don't tell lies! If you missed out on the AEX rise that's your problem.

Range , look at share price graph , it went from 0.4p to 1.6p not long ago , that is 240% , and its ready to surpass that again .

I haven't as it's hardly a sea of red. In fact they are up in price.In the last month Helium One has gone from 6.7 to 7.15 - that's a riseAminex in the last 3 months has gone from 1.075 to 0.52 - that's dropping like a stonePlease don't try to lie to people. It just makes your ramps even worse

The co. has limited resources that is no secret, so why waste money writing to all investors? Has the Irish listing benefitted the sp? Cheaper surely to have just quietly dropped the Irish listing.

The project is not as advanced in its exploration as the Rukwa Project, however high-grade helium has been measured at surface and structural leads identified from published FALCON Airborne Gravity Gradiometry (AGG) data. "The presence of surface helium seeps is a key geochemical fairway indicator for sub-surface helium. The identification and testing of several possible undiscovered macro and micro seep locations at Eyasi could provide further confidence that our portfolio can potentially contain several helium deposits."

DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Aminex announces that Jan Gunnar Opsal has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Under the terms of the Shareholder and Relationship Agreement dated 8 July 2016, Eclipse Investments LLC ("Eclipse") has the right to appoint two directors to the Aminex Board ("Eclipse Directors"). There is now only one Eclipse Director on the Board and Eclipse retains the right to appoint an additional director at any time.

Charles Santos, Chairman of Aminex commented:

" On behalf of the Board, we thank Jan Gunnar for his contribution to the Company and wish him the very best for the future."
