Malcy on Aminex today

Aminex

Aminex has announced that the longstop date for the farm-out of Ruvuma has been extended to 31 March 2019 in order to complete the conditions precedent. CEO Jay Bhattacherjee commented that they are making good progress and when completed will give AEX a full carry to significant production and free cash flows with no further recourse to funding.

I recently met with Jay and whilst the time taken to complete the intense paperwork has been irritating the prize is still very much in sight. I know that he understands the pressure that this brings to investors but in this part of the world these things take time and should be taken into account.

Nah, Gerry. It would need to go a hell of a lot lower for me to put more in and I don't see it going below 1.2p again.

I think short term holders (those that got in just for the possibility of a November spike) are flushed out on this delay. I see this as a good buying opportunity and have a put a sizeable buy order at 1.45p (if we reach this level).

New longstop date. Not quite the same as a new deal date. Not sure what the initial longstop was, so unsure how big an extension.Still saying they expect to get docs out by end Nov, and meeting by mid Dec, so a minor delay there.Presumably the longstop has been extended as Tanzania are being slow (no great surprise there) with the licence extension.Peter

Aminex plc

("Aminex" or "the Company")

Ruvuma Farm-Out Update

Aminex announces that, further to the binding agreement signed in July 2018 for the farm-out of 50% of its working interest in the Ruvuma PSA (the "Farm-Out") to The Zubair Corporation LLC, the parties have mutually agreed to extend the longstop date of the transaction to 31 March 2019 in order to complete the Conditions Precedent.

The Company expects to post the Circular to shareholders by the end of November and convene an extraordinary general meeting to approve the Farm-Out in December.

Jay Bhattacherjee, Chief Executive of Aminex PLC, said:

"We are making good progress on the Ruvuma Farm-Out. When completed, this will accelerate development and is intended to give Aminex a full carry to significant production and free cash flows with no further recourse to funding. The Company is moving forward with its planning and preparations for the Ntorya operations, including the Chikumbi-1 well and 3D seismic acquisition."

(UK house prices fall by £5,000 on average, with south sliding fastest)

"House prices fell by more than £5,000 on average in November, sliding fastest in Britain’s wealthiest towns as Brexit uncertainty gripped the property market,"

of course its got nothing to do with the crazy asset bubbles that's been blown the past 10 years by the world central banks QE, ie; the (bringing into existence of trillions of $ from nothing) which has been used to buy up bonds reduce interest rates to zero, inflating the banks balance sheets which in turn has found its way into the major assets around the world, blowing the biggest Bubbles ever, in stocks bonds real estate, and housing, which is now so disjointed and unaffordable from what the real economy can afford, that is, company's earning and our wages, something has to give.

Ridiculous. There are lots of other international companies that work there very well.
1. We have no idea of aex mgt "strategy" with regard to govt. liaison or past communications, promises and delivery expectations.
Normally two ways; through embassy consulate relations and specific govt. people relationships.
2. If the govt. experience is anything like share holders with regard to information disseminated (JB stating zubs could vote on farm out, a really simple important fact got wrong lol), project delivery and timelines, it is no surprise at all they are "reciprocating" in a similar manner?!

Aex need to rns and clarify the situation quickly.
All above imho and as ever dyor all.
