31/7/2016 21:11 | Edgar so pleased to see that your assessment is positive, and all is 'coming together'. When do you think the share price might respond to all these encouraging developments? | skinwalker
30/7/2016 10:36 | The day job has taken over my life recently so am on catch up. I think the headlines are 1. Bounty confirm they have been paid for the KN1 commissioning gas. Jay B points out that the commissioning gas had different (lesser) payment guarantees than the production gas. 2. In proactive interview Jay B says the commissioning payment was due mid July and when on production the payments will be every month 3. The minimum production will be 23Million CF per day 4. The well is doing well with no pressure drop 5. Development plan in Ruvuma: Jay B - "In the case of Ruvuma, we will either build a centralised gas gathering facility in Ruvuma and then connect it to a processing plant; or TPDC will build the infrastructure for us" All positive. Minimum production level set out. I hope it is more as the well can take it. Cash flow to sort out balance sheet during the life of the loan extension. Meanwhile, Ruvuma appraisal and drilling to happen. It is all coming together. | edgar222
29/7/2016 18:38 | Skinwalker,he is looking round the market for venomous snakes to bring back to a certain poster on LSE,I for one hopes he gets a bucket of them. | irishmouse
29/7/2016 13:14 | Interesting that TipTop won't be attending the EGM next week, and I'm told he's been spotted spending big in the markets of Dar-es-Salaam. Whats he doing there I wonder? | skinwalker

29/7/2016 08:15 | LT Getting better - whitelight on LSE reports that Bounty have released their accounts showing A$125,679 from Kilwani in last quarter! LT | last throw
29/7/2016 07:23 | thanks to bigdouble from LSE, his write up from the Solo AGM AGM Ok dragged myself out of the pub. Let me go through the issues one by one. 1/ Kiliwani income - NR confirmed Aex payment had been processed and ours should be in before the end of July. Think we are all on track with this issue. 2/ Kiliwani production - minimum will be 23 mcf per day. They have tested over 30 cfd and all was fine, no drop in pressure 3/ Ruvuma drill - they will be contacting various potential partners in the next two weeks, subject to Aminex funding going through next week. This will out solo in a far stronger position. All possibilities still bring reviewed, I.e. Using Kiliwani income, bank funding using Kiliwani reserved onced banked, doing a deal with Aminex funders etc. 4/ further assets - stressed to NR that Solo should concentrate there funds on existing projects. No more dilution until share price is well above 1p. Also no consolidation as that just justifies further dilution within AIM. I am confident there will be no more asset purchases in the near/medium future. 5/ HH still at least a year away before any production. 6/ Solo Nomad was present and I stressed a few director buys would not go a miss. They are working on an open period where they can buy. 7/ gas demand - NR stated demand is growing at a fast rate and Aminex are considering the best way to bring Ruvuma gas to market. Joining 20k of pipeline to main line is an option. 8/ no discussion on reef or PAN think these maybe dead ducks. 9/ Aminex relationship - NR seemed very upbeat about our relationship with AEX. We rubbed your back with Kiliwani now it's your turn, possibility. 10/ next tranche of Kiliwani funds are already available. 11/ on the whole very positive for the next 3 - 6 months, lots happening and IMO NR is one of the better guys in the AIM sector. Feel free to shoot questions at me if I've missed anything. Cheers | blackgold00
28/7/2016 16:38 | I suggest to mark the unRNSed occassion a special dividend is in order...no matter how small...grease the wheels for down the road. Show a bit of sympathy for the long suffering...enough for a nite out. | gerryjames
28/7/2016 13:46 | we all knew the payment for April and May was coming, so i don't see a need for a specific RNS to tell us something we all knew, the fact that some might be surprised that TPDC has actually made good on their promise and paid, is something else. | blackgold00
28/7/2016 13:29 | I imagine the invoices for April and May would be so low as to not really require an RNS. | bunbooster2
28/7/2016 12:37 | greyingsurfer, I thought this was a good interview, explains a wee bit the KN/gas plant commissioning to post commissioning. seamless he says. about 2 min in 05 Jul 2016 [...] darn cyber monster attack, try googling Proactive Investors (Kiliwani commissioning going 'extremely well' says Aminex) 10:55 05 Jul 2016 | blackgold00
28/7/2016 12:11 | Hi all Courtesy of Vike on another Board: "Popped into this meeting. Good news is April and May invoices have been paid by TPDC to Aminex and is being processed. These volumes are low of course so revs are modest. Has been much higher for June and July, which should be paid out faster. Good meeting. Looking forward to next week's EGM." LT | last throw
28/7/2016 11:53 | I would hope we would see some announcement of payment received soon. However, I'd think it's too early for any announcement of the agreement on commercial rates. Gas for the first period (couple of months?) was being used to commission the plant. Only after that was all complete would flow testing to establish the commercial rate have begun and that was supposed to take a period of months. After which there would no doubt be negotiations. I would not be surprised if we didn't get an agreement on the commercial rate for another few months. In the meantime, of course, KN-1 will still be producing and the gas paid for at the same rate - just in arrears not in advance. Peter | greyingsurfer
28/7/2016 11:48 | I can't remember the last time anything significant came out at an AGM. | tradingmyplan
28/7/2016 11:42 | I suspect that commercial production will be confirmed as imminent, as will receipt of first payment for gas already supplied. | lfdkmp
28/7/2016 11:32 | Given that KN-1 started production for testing on 4th April, tomorrow or the EGM, as good as four months later, would seem an appropriate, if overdue, time to declare commercial production commenced. If it's going to start at all, that is. | warbaby43
28/7/2016 10:54 | i wonder if anything significant will come out of Solo's AGM, starts 11.00, NR has been quiet of late, but obviously nothing price sensitive can be held back from the market. | blackgold00
