28/7/2016 07:24 | I'm struggling to see the relevance of some of yesterday evening's posts. | lfdkmp
27/7/2016 20:31 | At very least, there will be an RNS Monday stating the %age of shareholders that took up their entitled allotments. SOLO AGM tomorrow in London. Wouldn't be surprised to see an updated Corporate Presentation published to go alongside it. | vike1
27/7/2016 19:54 | Stinky peet, don't know if you noticed both me and GL got posts removed this morning, watch him he is trouble. | irishmouse

27/7/2016 12:48 | Not really! Trying to make money from a struggling country in a struggling continent... | skinwalker
27/7/2016 07:24 | Clearly, not good to be an albino or elderly woman in 21st century rural Tanzania: Social benefactors, that's what we are. | warbaby43
26/7/2016 20:39 | Hello Gerry was that me? He must have been, right up to his eyebrows... | skinwalker
26/7/2016 15:55 | "Meeting Chairman Hall, possibly accompanied by Philip Thompson, in Dublin within the month. I will be asking all the obvious questions about logistics, risk, etc, but if you people have anything specific you want to know you might drop a line to this board..." 2 months ago, then they tapped him... He was responded to by "are you full of sh*t"....quite rightly never returned. | gerryjames
26/7/2016 15:45 | Are you accusing the management, several market makers, shore capital and davy the "investors" and a full ftse listing of behaving no better than a bucket shop operation, BG. These carefully analysed deals come to their own valuation regardless of trying to grab a quick buck off the daily share price Shocked....obsignal knew this was comming months ago so it probably has supressed the price of late. | gerryjames
26/7/2016 13:28 | A bit cynical for you, isn't it blackgold? If you're not careful, you'll next be mentioning that the al Zubair deal has also been accompanied by the BoD granting themselves 156m of options at 1.34p | warbaby43
26/7/2016 09:44 | I wonder how long this deal with Zubair has been in the making, and when they would have agreed the placing price that will end up giving them approx, a 29% holding of Aminex's new share cap. So how does it work? would they, can they, suppress the share price to accommodate the deal. Zubair wouldn't had ended up with 29% of the company if the price per share had been set higher to raise the £12.8m. Ola Fjeld, COO ARA Petroleum (a division of The Zubair Corporation LLC) said: "We have known the Aminex management for some time now" | blackgold00
26/7/2016 09:14 | Can't afford it. | bunbooster2

26/7/2016 08:29 | Will we ever be told that the invoices for testing gas has been paid,or dare I say it,a production date has been agreed. Yes, but not before they have. | greyingsurfer
26/7/2016 08:23 | I will trust your judgement and hope you are correct,a little excitement would not go amiss. | irishmouse
26/7/2016 08:08 | Looks like exciting times ahead. | bunbooster2
25/7/2016 19:55 | I believe today at close was the deadline to take up the open offer shares, but Friday is the deadline for postal applications,I wonder what the uptake will be if the motion is carried. Will we ever be told that the invoices for testing gas has been paid,or dare I say it,a production date has been agreed. I trust that if/when the Z's come on board that they will push things forward as they will want to see some return on investment,ha,don't we all,but they will have the clout. I am not going to say "exciting times ahead " because I have many times to no avail So as usual, sit, wait and wait some more, but please hurry up because my boots are so full of shares I can't run away!!! | irishmouse
25/7/2016 09:21 | Drilling? Dithering! | skinwalker
25/7/2016 08:26 | Probably will still be drilling this time next year I would think. They need the Government to sign everything off first and that takes time | ngms27
24/7/2016 19:39 | From Solo report and accounts for year to 31/12/15, but published recently on 14th June 2016. Two appraisal well locations have been selected and final rig selection and associated contract discussions have been finalised. It is anticipated that the first of these wells could be spudded before end 2016. The selected drilling rig is now located at the Ntorya-1 well site and is available for immediate use The final sentence in that para has been referred to by Blackgold and Warbaby (see eg 57464) but no one seemed to have the link. It is on page 3 of the Annual Report available on the Solo website. Not sure how this squares with the prospectus "The precise timing of the Ntorya-2 and Ntorya-3 wells will depend upon securing rigs and associated equipment." My best guess is that everything is waiting on the various government approvals, and then things should flow very quickly from there. The funding of course needs to be completed first (early August for Aminex). How Solo intend to finance their part remains a mystery - although history would point to a placing ( for which they may be awaiting news of payment from KW1 to give a boost to their SP). Time for patience to allow the various bits of the jigsaw to fall into place. Finance and Government Approvals are prerequisites to any drilling, and both are in train. They have had oodles of time to get the drilling plans prepared, so I cannot see why there should not be a late summer or early Autumn start to the drilling campaign in line with previous guidance of H2 or Late/End 2016. All imho - from a very long term and frustrated holder!! | dbfromgb
24/7/2016 09:35 | Yes,perhaps, total news blackouts, false promises and broken deadlines will be a thing of the past,we are playing with the big boys now. | irishmouse |
