Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), the leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, announces that, in respect of its all-employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), it has received notification that a purchase took place on 10 August 2020 of 160,704 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by the SIP trustee on behalf of participating employees.

Details of the Partnership Shares and Matching Shares purchased by the SIP trustee on behalf of the PDMRs are set out in the table below. The Partnership and Matching Shares were purchased by the SIP trustee on behalf of the below PDMRs at an average price of GBP0.0807 per share.

The below information and notification is made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
