Indeed nice of JB to 'give away' his shares cheap, although he might be buying back more... tbh 18p has been breached 3x last 9 mths getting and staying over 20p will be cream cake arriving (the logic behind the 20p offer and Evil buy to 20p?)

You never know man. What is interesting is that the company will become risk free at 30p level, as it can issue enough new shares to cover for an eventual Scheme rejection. I bet the JPM are pumping the price to derisk own investment here.
