Very possible mate but I think we will see much larger volumes with the attention this will get and that will no doubt help price up.... I'm hopeful we will see 18p ish over the next few days

TBH I genuinely think tomorrow is just a formality and this will be approved to progress to next stage. Whatever happens then after is a debate still open...

I'm not sure what would delay it now or result in it not being approved tomorrow.

The SoA is a corporate rather than a Regulatory issue so assuming Amigo has covered all the legal requirements then I'm not clear on what basis the Courts would not approve it. The fact that the FCA have not objected to it must surely be deemed positive by the Courts.

Tomorrow (f result announced) will be the day for big movements one way or the other, IMHO, if we get Court approval then we may hit 19p then......and of course no approval = 8p!!
