The RNS does mention the reason for sale being his tax liabiliy, but the guy isn't a particularly senior guy so assume he didn't need £100k to settle his tax bill....but who knows

Not the best of news but at the least they are doing something... good beginning IMO if they give a plan of what they are up to would be preferable at this point some forward looking statement

I think that is his full holding he has sold so that would be very poor tax planning if he had to sell a potential multi-bagging goldmine now to pay it.

I'm getting a bit nervous about these lock-out releases and director sales tbh

This all looks promising so far, especially without news.

Looks like the overhang is finally clearing and the advocates of Plan B are holding or buying.

If we manage 2 blue days in a row, especially on a Friday, then I'll be tempted to trot out the cliché 'we've turned a corner'.
