AP - given he is an established and successful CEO, i'm not sure I'd agree with this statement. The rest of your post is pretty much spot on though.

What is the salary of Nayan Kisnadwala?As the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Amigo PLC, the total compensation of Nayan Kisnadwala at Amigo PLC is GBX466,758. There are no executives at Amigo PLC getting paid more.Lets hope he soon buys another decent stake of shares soon from his basic salary pot above doesnt even account the extras he is getting

The new CEO has the right background to turnaround companies.

The same CEO bought 500,000 shares which is likely to be a lot of money to him at this point in time.

I believe he has looked at the figures and is satisfied “we have turned a corner”.

Turnover is increasing with loans being paid off early, payments holidays ending, and lending restarting/

Complaints backlog in hand Vreq deadlined met in other words.

In addition to this debt being paid back/

We have a provision in place for ALL complaints.

A strategy will come out of this and it is the new CEO responsibility for the next chapter.

Glen invested just before the funding extension as he knew the funding lender was satisfied.

Therefore to conclude is these 3 individuals are satisfied then that gives us some confidence, a corner has been turned.

It is very easy for JB to buy 29% of a company when you have £400m+ in assets.
