The share price will still be being dragged back till his ar*e is out of the door could be another 9 months of hell we need really good news on drilling front to stop this drip drip down.

I would say it is a huge acceleration of sales, a quarter of his remaining holding sold in fairly short order. The end game with RH is in sight.Lots of news coming up, two more drills due imminently.

This notice again comes from the registra, not RH. No doubt the selling will continue until he deems it should stop. Who will be the first to cave RH or GC removed?

August figures Monday would be nice and Intrims a week or so later then the drill, then the pumping station commissioning, topping off September with another spud in CPO5.

Whats not to like?

sji. It seems he wants to drip drip the sells as I believe someone suggested Amerisur had offered to take shares off of him, but he declined. I cannot vouch for this but I feel sure someone mentioned it on this bb.

Not so sure that he will be out very soon since it took him 7 weeks to sell 10.4m shares and he still has 34m to clear! Hopefully, he will be out by end of year.

Ah but there is a notifiable position...If he claimed exemption from notifying under the single transaction rule which seems more than likely given the RNS's have not emanated from his disclosure but from our registrars, there should still be a concluding RNS via RH.

In the meantime although it might seem non notifiable most everyone in the City firms will still know how many he sells, and how many he has left, and more than likely some know how many he intends to sell.

Even in nominee accounts, a company can ascertain disposals of beneficial interest quite easily, and most City firms do it as a matter of course and so do most CEO's. Its not that expensive to keep track.
