14/11/2017 13:30 | Excuse me but no you are not? Threshold criteria is for sellers to notify. RNS via company registrar only good up to date registrar checked | tyler durden1
14/11/2017 13:30 | There has been a steady stream of good news over the past few weeks, including large director purchases, which have had zero impact on volume or share price. | dodge city
14/11/2017 13:30 | Lucy, who's stupidity and ignorance? I think management could certainly do a lot to sort this RH situation, Peel Hunt, Barclays and the general malaise of the share price | eggbaconandbubble
14/11/2017 13:26 | Egg We are kept fully up to date nowadays on RH, with an RNS as he passes through thresh holds and the next one is 5% or round about the 60 million mentioned by BC. What keeps the price down is the inconsistency: a promising October needs to be followed by a good November and December on the production front and Plat 27 already rolling is good news: they need to keep that drill bit turning. | charlieeee
14/11/2017 13:20 | Easy to see there was a seller in the market | tyler durden1
14/11/2017 13:17 | Like he said ph and barclays! | meneither2
14/11/2017 13:02 | I think the thing keeping the price down is stupidity and ignorance myself | lucyp00p
14/11/2017 11:36 | I think the main thing keeping the share price down is Peel Hunt target price of 20, Barclays 21. These target prices were made around the time of the output disruption, and also when price of oil was lower. As production consistently increases, Amer will be re-rated markedly higher and the share should start flying. | mikett1
14/11/2017 11:31 | So why doesn't the company buy his shares. | dodge city
14/11/2017 11:22 | What I do with my shares, and when, is my business ... same for RH. Intentions today are meaningless as things constantly change. We know he has been selling. We suspect he has more to sell. I'd imagine the supply and demand forces make it very easy for MMs to keep the price where it is for now. | the drewster
14/11/2017 11:17 | I think the only problem with AMER is this Rex Harbour clown. As a major or significant shareholder I think the management should take some kind of proactive action to get clarification on what he's doing or his intentions. | eggbaconandbubble
14/11/2017 09:23 | eddie just ballpark. Say roughly 2mil volume a day over 20 sessions. Half those buys so let's say around 20mil sold. Taking a conservative approach say half the 20mil attributed to RH. Was holding 69mil aa 12 Oct. As I said around 60mil give or take a couple of mil. Whether it's 50mil, 55mil or 60mil it's still a sh*t load to absorb based on current volumes. | boris cobaka
14/11/2017 09:01 | Boris I'd be interested to learn how you come to a likely figure of 60mil??? | eddie_yates
14/11/2017 08:29 | 60,000,000 seems a lot but in terms of cash its a mere morsel to anyone eyeing up Amerisur or pension fund looking to double there money quickly and more if they hold longer So much more mileage here not just overhang suppressing real value but Amerisur being a coil spring with so many positives to come and looks a certainty to hit its 7000 | tyler durden1
14/11/2017 08:16 | dav yes he's still has a boatload. I'd say judging by the past months volumes that he's still likely holding around 60mil. Bit of an anchor at the mo. | boris cobaka
14/11/2017 00:35 | time for me ot add i think | opodio
14/11/2017 00:25 | Dav ah duck I must of read figures wrong. No wonder I was no accountant. Ah so he's just got the odd £25 million to get rid of. | juuunx2
13/11/2017 19:10 | The update of 12th October gave Rex Harbour’s holding at just over 69 Mil shares, so he’s likely to still hold well above 65 Mil. | davwal
13/11/2017 15:27 | If it’s good enough for the directors it’s good enough for me!! | eddie_yates
13/11/2017 15:18 | Looks good longer term but share price remains cr*p at some point this has to take off just hope it's sooner rather than later. | bryet
13/11/2017 12:09 | I'll second that Q. Would have preferred it to just push on but this minor pause for breath has not changed the bigger picture, which IMHO is very bullish and should see us closer to 30p than 20p by year end. caveat emptor of course, but caveat venditor is more in line with my thinking ;) tdh | the dark horse
13/11/2017 11:39 | Still strongly bullish signals. Using Tenkan line as support below and clear blue skies above. The September uptrend continues despite anything RH has done and the narrative continues to look good. Q. | quidnunc
13/11/2017 10:34 | Less than £3.5m then ... but enough to stifle any PI buying, for now. | the drewster
13/11/2017 09:51 | Boris he still has circa 17 million I think. But we'd be better off not discussing it. Let's look to the future and all the £££s this is going to make us. | juuunx2 |
