Very hard to know which way this will pan out.
We have no idea what is going on behind the scenes.
But if we get a favourable RNS it will be too late to buy in then.
Pure gamble.

Just looked at their website nice to see it's listed on the main market. See Align Research hold quite a few and is that purely for their restaurant software?

Would be nice to see a turnaround.
Especially for us long term holders or should I say losers.
Had such high hopes for this company.

if successful, this provides a " see through " valuation of approximately 2p per share. The Company can confirm that it is also working with known funding partners who have committed, subject to satisfactory due diligence, to provide the funding for the transaction, at the valuation above, in sync with Terra Rara vendors.Ie funding parties will pay 2p. Not that complicated really.

So what's the deal? 30% stake in some new company, then see that diluted as it's followed by years of share issues to fund exploration for and if found extraction of, some unspecified rare earth mineral in some unspecified location.Not enough visibility about the medium and long term.And don't assume 30% would automatically translate into 2p on the share price. Expectations of further dilution to fund the rare earth venture and food side, may mean little if any upside in the share price. At b at it could drift for years and could go down.
