18/2/2022 18:40 | Hilarious mate. This isn't a SPAC with a listing and loads of cash, its got knack all (in common with all of JMKs adventures (have a look at BMV which has knack all cash too). Indeed JMK has a 100% record of spending other peoples money. This new adventure will need feeding too and assets in the ground mean nothing. Nobody gets owt for nowt and there will be massive dilution to the existing shareholder base totally wiping them out. | terminator101
18/2/2022 11:52 | A good number do significant research The question here is how realistic the asset valuations are? Now in a 30 day DD Period:- Currently the mcap here is 2m yet IF the asset values are correct we are talking £121m JUST for the MREE Project There is deffo big scale upside here IF the numbers stack up even allowing for additional shares or massive director options. A wild one that could really bounce around the next 30 days but could just as easy go to 8 to 10p as it could back to .5 crazy times.. | porky9
18/2/2022 07:02 | This is hilarious. Seems nobody does any actual research any more. Have any of you looked at a cash shell with no cash doing an RTO? Massive dilution to existing shareholders with billions and billions of news shares issued is the usual outcome, so the company ends up being valued "materially higher" but original shareholders normally take a massive haircut. Don't believe me, go an look at an actual example. Plenty of them about. | terminator101

31/1/2022 11:18 | On the same basis all companies that have large accumulated losses is a target for take-over. Beware, Align will dump as soon as this wee bubble looks like it will pop. | waterloo01
31/1/2022 10:55 | I've got a few punts on at the moment inc MODE - Half year looks awful, however someone is looking for a listing - Rare earths command premiums now - But its a small punt - Align have a decent stake here - | tomboyb
31/1/2022 10:51 | lol when the companies losses are worth more than the company! | waterloo01
31/1/2022 10:40 | In the weeks leading up to the publication of this report, the Company has received a number of unsolicited preliminary and non-binding approaches by companies in various sectors that command premium stock market ratings such as the Rare Earth Elements and technology sectors to utilize the Company's public listing which the Board has engaged constructively with. These approaches have indicated that should a deal be completed it would result in a 'see through' valuation for shareholders that is materially in excess of the Company's current market capitalization. The Board has discussed in general terms with key stakeholders regarding this possibility and feedback has been constructive and supportive. The Company will update the market should this progress further. | tomboyb
