Gold stocks are starting to rebound across the board, massive disconnect between the producers share prices and the gold price, this cannot last.

ALTN can add 20p-30p in a session if demand returns, the floor looks in and the stock is materially oversold.

You would think by last weeks share price drop ALTN are in a war zone, they are not nor are they based in Russia.

The shares are dirt cheap, probably cheaper than any time since the company was listed given the exceptional financials and production performance over the last 12 months.

Loss of value here is staggering - only a few weeks ago RenCap offered a target range of £4 (mid range) a share - those buying now will be well rewarded.

Hard to buy in any size this morning, the RSI is the lowest it has been for 2 years which means the stock is significantly oversold.

At some point this will bounce hard IMO, you cannot ignore the ever rising gold price.

Have taken a decent slice at current levels, this is a great trading stock, cannot believe the current share price, results in April will be excellent and the gold price through $2000 oz overnight.

Cannot be many sellers at current levels either.

Looking for a bounce to £1.50p as a minimum.

Risky but with 75% of Russian military assets currently busy, might never get a better opportunity.

Yes @palisz and as Redtrend says below, China don't want a new border with Russia or the Russians to have more commodities and Russia badly needs China right now.

8000 oz last quarter so 36000 oz. X 1966 =70m less mining costs of 36000 x800 (28.8m) =$41.2m = 31m gbp. The free cash generated is already in excess of market cap.

Stagflation,huge debt to gdp,self induced energy crisis and the return of the cold war is a toxic combination.I think fwiw we are going to see a severe correction in the markets.As usual tiddlers get it first whether they deserve it or not.I am holding mine and will be looking to purchase more when i feel the price has totally become detached from reality.As always GLA bwtfdik

ALTN now has a paltry market cap about £25m [$34m]
On 30Koz/yr annual free cash may be close to market valuation.

We do seem to have some buys at the moment unlike just recently. I guess we'll see if this is the bottom or not tomorrow. Or we just wait for some positive news hopefully and sit this out. This has to be about the cheapest share out there in terms of being a healthy business and a pe of 1......
