Definitely very good. The company have previously said they no longer need the money the Warrants were intended to bring in so it's a big positive for all holders that 187.5m potential shares wont now be issued. I also wouldnt be surprised to see this making the company more attractive for any institutions that may be looking to invest.

ALGW seem to have a history of quite big moves followed by a relatively slow sell off. Been underwater here for quite some time and have considered taking the hit and moving on, But on reflection, will stick with it for now.

Ha ha ha. If the company had a quid for each time youd said that we'd all be retiring on our profits. 'We expect our cash flow to improve, and we continue to believe that we will not require a placing of shares, unless it is for strategic acquisition and growth purposes. '

Happened to spot this earlier in the week that it looks like the Interval Fund has had a substantial in-flow of investment: hxxps://ftcloud.fasttrack.net/web/chart/AAACX

Recently the AUM level has been around $3.8M and now showing $19.51M so it looks like marketing and engaging with RIAs is really starting to reap rewards.

I'm expecting positive updates from the company over the next 4-8 weeks - acquisition underdoing due diligence, 3p warrants expire in a couple of weeks etc.
