This isnt simply a face value RNS. The AUM is growing by approx $85m on an annualised basis. However, as the fund has passed $20m, I would expect this figure to accelerate as a lot of advisors would have been waiting for the fund to pass a minimum AUM figure before recommending this fund to investors. Also, another key point. A lot of advisors will have property funds in their portfolios to offer diversity. With yield compression now off the table, and rising occupancy rates across most commercial properties, a lot of advisors will be seeking a proxy investment. I can see income flows continuing to accelerate now.

Indeed. A slower burn , with Covid 19 impact, but business strategy sound and starting to gain traction. Tiny market cap so huge upside remains..

They say the Growth Fund has "doubled" to $20m invested, including $7.6m in October, meaning it was previously $12.4m. They previously said it was set up, i.e. "seeded", with $15m, so it appears there have been withdrawals to at least the sum of $2.6m. Not surprising, as people probably need to draw more on savings and investments during Covid.

Who knows. 11 trades all day and only 1.5m total volume. Time for some good news from GS and the gang to get this moving...

I’ve got plenty of these, but if it gets to a silly price..... To be fair, it’s already silly.

Are the MMs having a last ditch attempt to scare bed wetters out of their shares before the next corporate update?

$350 million (£267 million) x 1.5% = £4 million per annum gross revenue.
Must be 75% gross profit for a business like this , so say £3 million net.
Long term recurring revenues ascribes a PE ratio valuation. At PE 10 = £30 million market cap so easy 10 bagger from now.

All wrong - Here it is:

hxxps://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/media/5dfcbea0906f7c001bea600f/?context=/listings/LON/ALGW/multimedia/

GS: 20th Dec 2019

“A good way of looking at (the business model) is.. for every million dollars invested we receive 1.5% annual management fee. For the next 12 months our goal is to achieve $100m in investable funds and the succeeding 12 months our goal is to achieve another $250m in investable funds; so you can do the math. Our target, given that the fund is open-ended, is to grow beyond the $250m target in 2 years onwards. And incrementally our expenses don’t necessarily go up as the size of the fund goes up, so we expect to produce a good margin just based on the management fee alone – not counting the performance fee”

If Alpha get anywhere near this target I'm going to be very rich.

It was several months ago and was a reference to market cap not assets under management, which will become a lot higher than that figure anyway. I think it was Danny or Austin in an interview.

There was a conversation between GS & a pi a couple of weeks ago, this was on a telegram group. He talked conservatively about 100m in AUM'S by the end of 2021, also they are not signing up clients who want in for a year and then out again, wants a longer term client's for 3.5 or 10 years.
