By my reckoning we have surpassed the entire share capitalisation issue of 183m shares traded in last 6 sessions to 187m shares traded since last weeks rns.Just imagine when transformational news lands.

There used to be traded endowment policies available to buy in the Uk which was a very lucrative market as buyers would pay well over the odds for Life Insurance policy's surrender value, the buyer would pay the premiums & enjoy the returns or on the plan-holders earlier death. Market started fail as endowments slowly matured in the late 2000's.Great safe returns as the most sought after were 'with-profits' endowments as bonus's earned were locked in & guaranteed, great for risk averse investors.

We are almost there :"The Company is also pleased to announce that it has raised GBP304,500 by way of Company Subscription at a price of 1.25 pence per new share in support of this advancing business vertical. The proceeds will be used by the Company to pay pre-closing costs, which it will now need to incur with respect to legal fees and SPV inception. "

After many months of engagement, the Company is now in the final stages of securing a revolving credit facility up to a $100,000,000 with a leading UK asset manager. The discussions have progressed well whereby the Company and Asset Manager have now agreed life settlement valuation methodologies and acquisition strategies.
