Iris Admiraal is top drawer, and she wouldn’t have moved from Senior Vice President Legal Council at BNY Mellon and formerly Assistant Vice President Legal Council at JP Morgan Chase & Co to Alpha Growth UNLESS, there was a very serious opportunity for her.
She would have seen some compelling evidence to convince her to make a sideways move to this Relatively unknown Company.
ALGW have stated on a number of occasions that £2Bn AUM by 2025 ( now accepted during or by end of) is likely, and on a few announcements they’ve suggested it will be in excess of this figure.
It’s November imminently, 13 months to announce £1.3Bn plus……….I suspect Iris is sifting through a fair whack of paperwork at this very moment……. |

Expecting some news this week in regards to the new product they have ready for launch. Suspect it's to do with hnwi so after the budget (maybe) With over 78% of stock in sticky hands getting hold of some could prove tricky, the company have also confirmed that they are in advanced negotiations regarding further acquisition(s) With Gobind heading for retirement soon it's looking like a nice package to head off into the sunset with, they have stated that it is their intention to build the company (2b aum does somewhat help) and then get it sold. Interesting times ahead. |

They've now said in 2025 so they've got 14 or so months to dilute to buy more AUM.
This company is a lifestyle fund for the owners who couldn't give a toss about small PIs.
Little PR comms etc and their accounts are opaque.
4 years and this share has lost value from 7 to under 2p. Great investment if u like negative returns 🤣

LSE fault here as ALGW closed up 5.68% and MM’s moved 4v1 and 2.10p on the ask.
Let’s see if next week breaks 2p and holds, in theory it should, as sellers aren’t around sub 2p.
