Yes. OK. I suppose given BOO, PLUS & ASC did well on AIM, I'd have thought it might be a waste of mgt time but still.

Given their global expansion, they want the increased international reputation that comes from a premium listing.

Ah ! Thank you. However is the market cap big enough for that @ £663 m. I'll have to check.

Plus, what benefit is this to the company?

I think they mean premium rather than aremium.

That's possible. They're moving from AIM to fully listed this year. That means a lot of IHT exempt portfolios will be selling but the funds who only buy fully listed companies can't yet buy them until the listing changes.

Put my money where my additional conviction is and topped up this afternoon. Can’t see this going down from here, let the operational scaling, move to the main market and interest income flow……!

I think you could say half of the interest income is sustainable @ 2%. Then the current revenue as a low floor and the valuation is amazingly compelling.

Knock off net cash to the market cap and its extremely cheap.

Irony is lower interest rates will increase organic revenue so the low floor is really a low floor and a lower interest rate will encourage more alternative banking accounts and the interest income even at 2% will organically grow.

Add to that the expand worldwide & fund of funds, cobase etc etc and operating leverage now coming to the fore…. You get the picture.

Looks like a miss on the underlying compensated for by higher interest income. Natural hedging working well but makes it hard to value.

Great stuff, a challenging environment but not really a big deal when you get that level of interest income as near pure profit :)

Not related to news I posted. Could be shorts closing after a JPMorgan trust had to reduce as it grew too overweight.

News from Hunt today that The Treasury on Wednesday announced a new financial services agreement that will reduce costs for UK businesses accessing the Swiss market and vice versa. Relevant?

Agree. And a fall was expected but this is overdone and there has been a sufficient period of time for net sellers to be out so I have bough in on Friday. Tim shares was sold at £19.00 per placing share and we are languishing at £16.65. That is some discount I got. The cash generation and balance sheet is strong and as the markets gets more bullish on falling inflation and rate cutting this has a very good chance of performing in 2024. Looking forward to the main market listing.
