I've applied for extra in my non isa account with ii.

Iweb (ISA) is not allowing you to buy extra but when the shares are issued (likely end december) you will get them. Although until they are in my account I will not believe it

I have also asked II why I cant subscribe to the offer. If its share certs, I'm happy taking those until I can lodge them when (if) they list.

HL are not allowing shareholders to partake in the open offer. I have queried this.

I use Interactive Investor (not ISA account)

And they are showing the Atlantic Lithium Entitlement shares in my account

I've also just taken part in the Open offer and applied for a few extra shares.




Iweb (ISA) account haven't sent me anything


Share price looks like its going to breakout soon :)

I guess we should have expected this sell off at end of day. The Aim market is so sh1t.

It'll probably end in negative territory for the day.

The daily share chart on advfn is always a bit useless/slow, great that we are heading in the right direction even if it is a bit muted. I was expecting a bigger rise, sadly it looks like we are going to remain in this range for a bit longer. A close around 24p is what we need then, this will fingers crossed have a run at 30p.

Vincent must be spitting feathers at the reaction, hopefully the Americans see the value this afternoon and get buying.

• Atlantic Lithium (formerly IronRidge Resources) reports that shareholders have approved the capital reduction and distribution of shares held by the Company in Ricca Resources Limited to facilitate the demerger of the Company's gold assets.
• Ricca’s assets in Ivory Coast are within a 3,982km2 gold portfolio, underlain by Birimian Greenstone Belts which have hosted several significant deposits including: Tongon 5Moz, Abujar 3.35Moz, Yaoure 2.8Moz, Bonikro 2.7Moz.
• The Biianouan & Bodite gold projects in Ivory Coast have provided intersections of:
o 12m @ 5.87g/t Au (incl 2m @ 33.8g/t)
o 8m @ 1.29g/t Au (incl 2m @ 3.17g/t)
• In Chad, regional exploration has been completed across the Dorothe Gold Project, which covers a total area of 149km2.
• Regional mapping, geophysics and trenching has been completed at Dorothe, which has indicated a mineralised footprint over a 3km x 1km area, while visible gold nuggets up to 1cm across have also been found in the license area.
• Atlantic has received ministerial approval from Chad for the transfer of the Chadian gold tenements to Ricca Resources.
• The Offer Information Statement in respect of the Priority Offer to raise up to A$7.2m is expected to be dispatched to eligible shareholders today.
• In addition, Atlantic is to provide Ricca Resources with initial start-up capital of A$7m, providing Ricca with a cash balance of A$14.2m before costs.

Can't wait for the breakout from the wedge that has been forming since February time.

Surely we break to the upside and get a rally similar to January 2021.

If only we had an obviously catalyst coming (like a resource upgrade)

Amazed at how under the radar lithium shares are in the UK.

"It is not yet known when the New Ricca shares will be received, we will however update accounts upon receipt. The Company has announced a proposed completion date for the Demerger of 22nd December 2021.

Please note that Ricca will be an unlisted company. As a result we will be unable to facilitate trading in Ricca shares via our sharedealing facility. We will however be able to hold them for you.

As the Ricca shares will not be listed on a Recognised Stock Exchange, they will not be eligible to be held within an ISA product. Should you hold your IronRidge shares within an ISA, any Ricca shares to which you are entitled will be moved to your Share Dealing account upon receipt. If you do not have a Share Dealing Account, we will arrange to open one for you."

I guess Vincent is going to give it a couple of weeks and then release the update reserves and resources.

Hopefully the 121 event helps increase the interest in the company.
