I see but the daily NAV announcement takes all into account I guess. I was alwys sceptical of SMT because of the unquoted investments and valuing them is done subjectively I suppose . It might be in directors' interests to out inflated value on them. Well down today I see and through chart support and probably still a short .
ATT certainly has performed today almost ignoring the weaker nasdaq indices , have a good weekend . warm in our conservatory today but cold wind outside . sometimes they are nice to have between march and October

arja, keep in mind this is a double digit discount on some of the largest listed US tech
companies, all be it they also have significant exposure to mid cap listed tech.

So not a discount as a result of an unquoted book, as with SMT.

I just trade it with nasdaq movement as a guide . I exited yesterday at about 224 and expected it might trade at 219 today after nasdaq retreated but cable weakened a bit which is bullish for ATT .

I hoped it might be below £2.17 which is my first add level, but nothing doing atm, looking strong over the past couple of days and the discount has narrowed a little from my last comment.

disciunt to NAV is more or less right inn these uncertain times with nasdaq trend hard to be sure about .

I'm surprised they are not buying back shares more aggressively atm given the % NAV discount. The Manager may see more volatility ahead?, Perhaps.

such a quiet thread for a stock which is often a good trading stock by keeping a close eye on nasdaq movement plus cable of course . Something odd today as has fallen when it should have risen slightly but markets sometimes fool us .
