As a holder , it is hard to be dispassionate, but looking at the chart ,you have to wonder if there is more bad news hiding somewhere to account for the further share price slide.

I think it is clear that Blackhorse is just trying to wind people up, he cannot really think that his postings will affect anyone's decisions.

So you have halved your pathetic forecast from 100p to 50p. How about mid 30s is en route. I am sure no one bought when you flooded buy recommendations at 45p but if they did they have at least learnt a valuable lesson.

The main factors that determine whether a share price moves up or down are supply and demand. Essentially, if more people want to buy a share than sell it, the price will rise because the share is more sought-after (the 'demand' outstrips the 'supply'). On the other hand, if supply is greater than demand, then the price will fall.

The continued share price fall is a bit ominous,bearing in mind the bad news of the results is out already. The court case was supposed to be heard in "Late summer" which meteorologically speaking is pushing it a bit now it is mid -October, good weather notwithstanding.
Actually they updated the guidance in the interims , I had forgotten:

The Competition Appeal Tribunal panel will now consider the evidence presented during the tribunal and we anticipate the Panel to reach their conclusion by the end of 2023.
