FarmerGI am currently really happy. This is by necessity a slow burn. I have been in for years. Finally, I can see light at the end of the tunnel.I like the fact that money is available.Management are being incentivised. We have a solid board of directors. We have a lead over world players. Our products have huge markets and are needed.Tomorrow is another day!Keep the faith Impo

jimmyloser, isn't that obvious? A finished product enabling final FDA approval and subsequent marketing. Not words and outlook. Hope is not a strategy. Simples. What would you like?

The above observations sum it all up. Oh, the irony! Actions speak louder than words, they say. In this case, words are doing all the talking and actions are missing

The entire management of this company, both as regards the ordinary management of the business and as regards the management of the interests of small shareholders, is certainly suspicious and opaque. It is not clear why the president and the shareholders persist in confirming the CEO and his performance is so disastrous that it is surreal. I agree that for decades they have been promising stellar clinical results, billion-dollar sales that magically move month after month , year after year until decades pass. I bet they will now promise to have the cure for cancer. Oooops, they already did this a couple of years ago now that I think about it.

Maybe the board just did what they were instructed to do by the funders to collapse the share price so to all but wipe us out?

Agreed @jimmyloser, but you know my views. Incentives are right and proper but because the current team are the same geniuses as brought the company to its knees, all but wiping out the value of our shares, this looks like rewarding those failures. The talk of aligning to increase the share price is hollow. The exercise price of these options should be current market; it's not, these are free shares.
I have been around and investing in this sector for decades; there are lots of examples of management failure. Never have I seen the whole board and the CEO stay in place after so lamentable a performance. If anyone had grasped the nettle, if the chairman had done the decent thing and accepted that disaster had happened on his watch and resigned to allow his successor to review the exec team - I repeat, this would have been normal, good governance - then I would be the first to say go ahead! Let's set aside an amount greater 4.5% for the team tasked with delivering. But 215 million shares(!!) for Llobet et al seems ridiculous. Why would more stock options make him any smarter than he was in October '22 when he decided to shut down production?

In my eyes that is a brilliant piece of news. Somebody has developed our potential new blockbuster drugs and to think that they are to be rewarded and incentivised as the share price climbs is a good move.I also read of great confidence in our outlook between the lines.impo/Dyor

Jimmy, one standout characteristic of AGY is that, continually, everything keeps getting pushed out into the future. Let's hope we live long enougth to benefit.

Banjo,
I am very mindful of the situation. Without going into detail, I have a significant holding here in P.I. terms and have been both thankful and impressed at the way that small investors had been given the opportunity to participate by the new owners and the apologies we received recently.

Before they took control this looked a lost cause.

The current share price in laughable compared to where this should and could be heading with the blockbuster products and contacts they have.

Obviously with the history here, people are just waiting for more supporting evidence but the recent fund raising was for me a strong indicator that all is currently on track and the prospects are deemed to be ‘rewardingR17;.

2025 appears to be a very interesting prospect from an AGY perspective.
