05/7/2023 15:48 | Well, there are two views. It will go up or it will go down. Assuming an an even split, 50% of investors will have a pleasant surprise. So, I'm saying it will go down and the opposite will happen. | farmergeorge
05/7/2023 15:17 | You never know...usually the opposite happens to what you expect is going to happen lol | amishp67
05/7/2023 14:57 | Well Jimmy - I hope it works out for you - I have a few lower down but missed the bottom - | tomboyb
05/7/2023 14:42 | Tom,Ask yourself just why they have gone down this torturous route to save the business and just why our friends are digging so deep.........we are potentially sitting on billion dollar market breakthroughs and they are the ones we know about. China has been mentioned as has other exchanges etc etc and then whilst the current share price may be peanuts, it may well be peanuts that make us glad we stayed. Consolidation beckons. All impo of course | jimmyloser
05/7/2023 14:33 | Going in the right direction Jimmy - | tomboyb

30/6/2023 13:58 | Hope springs eternal. ?? | jimmyloser
28/6/2023 13:40 | What's happening in the market now is a side-show if the £40m financing goes ahead (with an opportunity for us to subscribe at 1p, under the Open Offer). At that stage about 4.7 billion shares valued at 1p will flood the current market and dilute it to homeopathic proportions. Whatever the market now says, the price then will be 1p a share. Before we go off buying at 0.8p we need to bear in mind that a) there is a risk that the £40m financing does not go ahead (failure to get FDI, strong incentive for the Consortium (SF and Skygem) to await the outcome of the Grass study, b) the market is very illiquid - spread of 25% - so selling even after the financing would be tricky and c) once the financing is done there's another coming down the pike that might be done on terms that further punish the outsider shareholder. If a) we're out anyway and our shares are worthless. If b) could we trade? and if c) who knows what value the shares will have after the second financing. It's a mess, very unfair to us small shareholders and entirely avoidable, caused by the current management who should be (but are not) ashamed of themselves. | 1kckeith
28/6/2023 11:32 | Coinbase, lol and also that makes sense. | farmergeorge
28/6/2023 11:09 | FarmerGeorge, you could drive your combine harvester through the spread. The MM’s aren’t making it easy for anyone to buy or sell. Panmure are sitting quite comfortably on the offer with plenty of stock which is why I think this’ll go down before it goes up. They won’t want to be caught with their pants down if the price moves against them. | coinbase
28/6/2023 09:45 | Jimmyloser, let's hope that they are experiencing turbulence and not engine failure. | farmergeorge
28/6/2023 09:29 | Coinbase, Thanks for your views. They are similar to mine. There are two fences to clear but I suspect there is a high level of confidence that they will be cleared. However they are serious risks. IMPO, they may have roads maps laid out including potential distributorships in USA and China. As I posted last week, we are currently going through turbulence. Not for the faint hearted for sure. Thanks again. JL | jimmyloser
28/6/2023 09:05 | Coinbase, thanks for your observations and comments. | farmergeorge
28/6/2023 08:57 | If Southern Fox and ZQ Capital can obtain regulatory approval, which is my immediate concern, then the raise of 40.75 million will take place in the next couple of months. The need for additional funding “from around September onwards for trading, working capital, capital expenditure and continuing R&D programmes” is another unknown. Those more in the know than me think it’ll take place at a discount to todays price. Whether or not that is the case you’d think our two largest shareholders would foot the bill. Lots of ifs and buts which I know is not necessarily what you wanted to hear, however if (I’m sorry) the PROTECT and G306 trials, the readouts of which are meant to be towards the end of this year, are successful then all of this will be just noise. | coinbase
27/6/2023 18:56 | CoinHelp me to sleep, please elaborate on your thoughts on 'boom'ThanksJl | jimmyloser
27/6/2023 18:23 | At this rate it could easily go below 0.008 in the next few days. If the Chinese can’t get regulatory approval by the end of next month the game will be up. Either way it’ll be interesting to see what happens, boom or bust. | coinbase
27/6/2023 11:44 | Winterflood have leapfrogged Singer on the offer. | coinbase
26/6/2023 17:52 | I can see this dropping another 23.8% to 0.008 before the end of the week. Singer won’t want to be saddled with over 20 million shares for more than a few days. They’re facilitators, not speculators. | coinbase
26/6/2023 07:14 | Few people keep memory like you Coin. But for that very reason, let me go even further back. Abbott finds a handful of shares in this company when it acquires Recalcine group to join LATAM. Recalcine had bought the whole group for a few million euros in 2009, as the company already then, having failed to enter the US, having a stagnant business, was in a liquidity crisis. Without major clinical studies, without registered products, the company has set up a short-sighted and purely commercial strategy. Meanwhile, two strategic clinical trials fail, one on grasses and one on birch. Study on birch which, being an allergen that is not widespread, no one has ever understood the meaning of so many millions of euros thrown away. The company has the luxury of buying a Spanish family business whose owner is a friend of the CEO, a company with a bad reputation, Immunal, which sold bacterial vaccines, unregistered, for sale only in Spain and taken out of the market by all EU countries because they are ineffective if not dangerous. In the meantime promises. I remember RNS where benefits for the treatment of cancer were envisaged thanks to a banal production technology used for a vaccine. Then, promises upon promises. They promise they will go into the US, register this and that, and magically, the company that is unable to register its grass vaccine, suddenly has the researchers and the technology to study, approve and produce the hardest and risky peanut allergy vaccine. But what can I say, anything can happen under this sky. Abbott, no time to realize who he's dealing with, suddenly disappears. The CFO suddenly leaves, true, but also the historical one who preceded him had suddenly left. And the way it ended, I'd say both did well. The rest is recent history. | beccasan
25/6/2023 17:47 | They’ll probably try and suck in a few (mug) punters by artificially raising the offer on low volume. | coinbase |
