soukup is a genious! it is VERY difficult to make a long unbroken serie of consecutive mistakes, but duncan has succeeded in a remarkable manner. the only comfort to other shareholders is that he is only taking a couple of hundred thousand pounds out of each company he is managing so skilfully.

Results are out, presumably trading will be restored tomorrow. Which way will it go I wonder? I would guess the value of that HEIQ stake has fallen about 70% since the date of the results.

Some big volume going through, including a delayed trade from yesterday of 731,250 shares, worth £131k, which is more than 3% of the market cap, and so should surely lead to a holding RNS

No views yet, other than I find these situations interesting. Especially when shares are distributed to the shareholders of another company, the temptation is just to dispose them and have the proceeds feel like a special dividend rather than look into the future prospects of the company.

There seems to be sufficient assets to support the current price, but they need to get on with it otherwise admin costs will eat it up.

Only became aware last night, so I will keep looking and post anything interesting.
