Elizabeth Hill is NOT 'caught in the mesh', as it were, of IOCA PP terms.

(Nor are the other projects).

EH could be up for grabs, especially if Ag rockets.

IOCA could turn to be a pointless project, from UFO's point of view. (and that is a great shame: it could have been $$millions to UFO -- everyone in the 'chain of scrutineers', ought to have spotted and edited/deleted the PP terms)

AIMHO, of course.

what grip does 'slime rich' have? Is he one of the major shareholders from bennolong or something ? What's his involvement ?

However, would it be all that surprising if there is an offer for Elizabeth Hill?

Reality sinking in. Iron price is low when the AISC cost before royalties i believe is 85 bucks.

To give you all how bad that is, our grades are not even capable of getting top dollars and fortescue have a cost of 15 dollars per ton.

The numbers don’t add up which is why they have been going slow all along as nobody going to finance it. Let’s say they get 110 dollars at current grade, does that even include transport? They have 25 bucks to work with on a volatile metal that could easily go to 70/80 dollars. Nobody is doing that deal, we have been sold a pup and it’s went from 60 to 85 latest cost per ton.

That’s why the market cap is 8/9m just. Now watch how the paid ramper max starts to shift things to silver again hahahahaahha

Have to laugh at the fools on LSE trying to say the contract about performance payment for half the uplift doesn’t apply on a DTM. And one fool says he has read enough contracts.

It’s very clear in the appointment of the chairman. He is rewarded shares. It says as we are close to a decision to mine he will be awarded x shares for negotiating this payment by end of 2024. Check out the RNs where the chairman was appointed. It’s very very clear.

Nothing more dangerous than an under water ramper.

85 AISC

Fortescue is about 15

With the slimy rich performance payment outstanding how could anyone invest in this mess. Iron ore coils tank to 100 dollars in a flash collapsing the ROCE.

This is a very detailed document. Without mining experience or knowledge of geology its really difficult to determine whether this is good or bad.

Title: Kermit the Frog Hops Into Extraterrestrial Leadership Role at Alien Metals

In a leap that's out of this world, Kermit the Frog has been appointed as the new CEO of Alien Metals, following his successful stint managing the Muppets Gold Mine. Known for his green charm and unparalleled leadership skills, Kermit brings a ribbiting combination of wit and wisdom to the intergalactic table.

Having mastered the art of managing Muppet mischief, Kermit is ready to bring his unique brand of amphibious brilliance to the realm of alien alloys and space-age materials. His experience in overseeing the Muppets Gold Mine, where even Miss Piggy couldn't resist the allure of shiny treasures, has prepared him to navigate the cosmic challenges of the metals industry.

"I'm just a frog, trying to make a difference in the vast expanse of the universe," Kermit remarked during the announcement. "Whether it's a rainbow connection or a cosmic collection, I believe in finding the gold in every endeavor. It's not easy being green, but it seems I've turned the color of precious metals lately."

Alien Metals, known for its innovative contributions to the extraterrestrial material landscape, is confident that Kermit's leadership will bring a fresh perspective to the company. His ability to keep cool under pressure, combined with a knack for navigating the unpredictable, makes him the ideal candidate to steer Alien Metals through the uncharted territories of the cosmos.

Both the UFO and JAY share price sliding at the same time.

Interesting.

Could there, possibly be something going on in the background??

If the 'Performance Payment Terms' in the Windfield agreement are deemed 'unworkable' (because they don't make any sense), the whole agreement could fall, and UFO's holding could revert back to 51%.

Or, Rod/Troy could make a bid for IOCA??

Or, prospective Director/CEO having seen the PPT's may think: this can't work. So, 'not for me'!

In any case, the new management team was supposed to have been announced last week, and at work this week.

Yes, I know, it's only Tuesday.

Just a thought that maybe the board is being crafty clever and the indjuns will be surrounded by the cavalry? I cannot believe many would willingly accept the offer as it stands but it such bring in better offers?
