I hear all is good and they are most likely going to sell the asset. They have no intention of mining.

Slimy rich wants the doh. They will get it selling point and offload.

On that basis I’ve took 10m shares in 2 lots today for a little bit of speculation. Clearly if things don’t go to plan slimy rich is going to screw us but if he gets his 1/2 of a sale I suppose he will be happy.

The “performance payment” is a sneaky clause stated in the circa June 2022 rns and alluded to in recent RNS. It was agreed as part of the deal with Richard shesiman company when we had no ceo to negotiate a good deal. No wonder our legal counsel non exec director resigned recently.

Basically it says if a list of criteria are met then ufo will owe slimy rich company 50 percent of the valuation uplift of the project. One of the clauses is “decision to mine “.

So as soon as they have done all the work and a decision to mine is met then the valuation at that point is split in two and that money is owed to slimey rich. Considering where the share price is if we made a decision to mine tomorrow the company is worth nothing as the money owed would likely be worth more than the whole company. No wonder all fhe board have resigned and a new Richard friendly board has been placed in. The new chairman gets shares for paying and negotiating this payment. Couldn’t make it up.

Basically the whole company is a shadow director company for slimy rich who has de facto control of all. He is not a trust worthy character. He will win, will ufo shareholders get anything, I doubt it.

So they get “heritage “ although despite what the rampers are saying it’s not full heritage but she share doesn’t move. Why you think that is? There is a big seller offloading.

This company is pure dodgy in my view and I warned the company that investors will not come back until performance payment is resolved. We pay for all and Ric steals it, no way! I’ll be telling everyone about it and despite them not talking about it on LSE they are all looking to get out on any rise.
