430p share price, 10.6p EPS forecast this year. Even though that EPS figure is forecast to grow to 14.5 by FY20, thats still a PE of just under 30x 3 years further out. Are those forecasts 'right' or are there others which are better to look at?

I haven't seen the report, just the headline - apparently Numis initiated coverage today with a 522p target.
