Your right Bob. He is completely deluded. You can see that the way he attacks anything Alba related. Obviously has a personal Vendetta against Alba or George.Ryan you have had a bit of luck on your side the last couple of years but now the tide is turning. Which has obviously got you very nervous hence the 24/7 ramlings from you.So folks look at this way the more he rants the more he is worried Alba will reach their goals. Why else would he be here??

I think your mistaken and the reason the Groc spinoff because Alba couldn't support the government spending commitments and exploration of Limerick and Clogau at the time.

I think that was just after they said Alba was fully funded for the foreseeable. Then the Groc spends totalled £800k which Alba footed and only received a part £50k payment back despite the promises of full payment.

This left Alba short of money, some seemed to suggest they were still well funded when in came a raise of capital. Groc didn't last too long before it to needed a raise.

As a company they would never have held what they call their core assets, as two companies and one e.g. Groc managing to raise a couple million they could carry on holding all.

That's literally what happened you can check their finances and rns's to verify as well as the total Greenland government commitment payment totals at the time which had accrued from previous year as well.

I take it your question relates to why ALBA not Groc bought these two new Andover West licences.

Now bearing in mind a few things and the companies structure it just makes personal and financial sense not to buy with Groc.

I feel Groc is in a worse financial situation, it's easier for GF to drop Alba and start afresh, Groc still pays him well and a bonus, Henson is still at Alba, the list goes on.

But nothing adds up to what he has told you and the fact they said the reason for Groc as a crit minerals focus blah blah blah makes a bad taste even more sour.

But even more interesting, look at the ways he can let Clogau go and start afresh. If he would Alba up to be a holding company wouldn't Andover lithium run as a subsidiary and be able to fund separately as a new joint venture company. He could even IPO it off leave Alba shares which will quickly dilute to nothing.

Next up some more samples back from Clogau, they have realised they can pay to have the gold extracted from the sulphides and divert your attention and sentiments again. Unfortunately that's not a good sigh, no nuggets, no free gold and apparently it's that high grade it would be almost impossible not to have some free gold from the gravity table separation process.

Nothing is looking very good.

Ryan although your views are often not ones I support I know you have an equal hatred of groc and alba any reason you think he brought in alba not groc?I note you previously also said that he spun groc off to delist alba so this move is contradictory to that

Look at you idiot rampers now!

Clogau pits could have been tested and put into production in under a year, why drag it out? Because they are bs'ing you on grades.

Over on your new plot and the previous JV owner Novo despite sulphide geology again didn't report grams per ton of gold in sulphide but grams per ton of rock dug. They weren't even confident their 30,000ton bulk sample was enough and followed up with a 100,000ton bulk sample just to identify grades. Of note only a third 10,000 tons of their first sample was processed the rest over burden barren rock, don't see that Alba included that in their calculations they just chipped off the best sulphides and concentrated that then used this complete false reading to make you think there were riches here. Lenigas did the same the previous owner but walked away took a million and rebranded wiped all the value so he could start again elsewhere.

How is this not a lifestyle company now, ten years eight different assets not one even close to revenue most dropped but everyone got paid well on the board.

You have an in house geologist, could have sampled the pits himself, taken a month, here's the expenses go do the job you were trained for. I guess he's not there for that but to make them look qualified whilst they burn your cash and size up next years sampling probably phase nine now when originally only three phases.

Talk of digging the 50m tunnel to the billion all rubbish, that plan was costed ready to go apparently years back. No let's sample this vein here, dig two small holes in the ground. Sounds like lies, but lies were told weren't they, had you thinking a major EV company had noticed your graphite. I can imagine the Bod meeting,

" were low on cash years off we need something to make us look good?

Well we could tell them we have an EV company interested that should buy us a year or two.

But we don't?

Yer we just use words like potentially and so on they will believe anything!"

Who remembers the reasons they gave for spinning off Groc? Not to burden Clogau, to focus on gold? To put a CEO in charge who can grow the critical mineral side? And then they buy another critical mineral plot, you couldn't write this if you tried, it's worse than what happened at UKOG!

The future is, and regardless of these bulk samples they are going to try and win you back with, Clogau will fold, eventually RNSs will tell you it wasn't economic or they simply can't do what they want or find the funds, lithium is their prime goal now and where we see the best chance of revenue.

Then some careful company restructuring maybe spin off a new JV company with Artemis and a fresh IPO, they bought Clogau for a million that's a nice down payment on listing over on ASX in Aus and wages/exploration for a year in which they will seek a mandatory $300,000 government grant and with the IPO start all over again. Quite sure the Roberts have enough gold not sure anyone wants to buy a multiple failed mine in Wales and not sure anyone can ramp this again or raise money but there are a lot of stupid armchair investors who will believe anything even if you told them both Lenigas and GF reported high grades and billions then walked away.

To be honest they never went for any targets but tried to expand the targets which seemed more like trying to boost value for a future sale.

This is all to common on Aim, same CEO same assets same speeches on how the world needs their gold or oil or lithium or graphite. We have the best grades in the world you would be stupid to not buy, look if you want exposure to blah blah blah. Heard it before George, eight times now, why hasn't the world come a' calling even on one of these! Talk certainly is cheap or in investors cases very costly.

Let's do this in order for the benefit of Thaibob-

1) Hold for Uranium...
2) Hold for Iron...
3) Hold for Nickel...
4) Hold for gold and rare earths...
5) Hold for ilmenite....
6) Hold for graphite...
7) Hold for Welsh gold...
8) Hold for Lithium...

Well I'll leave you to this slow death, will you be buying into their new Australian lithium project? Another tasty ipo JV inbound guys, you can use your profits from their last one GROC, you did short it yes? I mean it was obvious the EV interest was a lie, obvious no one wants graphite from Greenland, obvious that there were major suppliers saturating the market already? Easy money wasn't it, looking to double up on some lithium next,

Hold for lithium!

One would question why they haven't run the pits and spent years to accomplish barely three sampling tests.

Of note the Karratha gold project, a JV between Artemis and Novo which Novo bought Artemis out and dissolved the licenses Alba just bought in 2022. Novo doing well for gold they obviously didn't find anything worth holding them for.

Now prospective for lithium although it seems a long shot the basaltic intrusions aren't there past a small corner and the rest is even a longer shot which is easily prospected from surface so would guess after previous exploration and the idle time no one wanted it isn't very good.

But Clogau was never going anywhere neither was graphite. This new plot can generate government grants and new funding abroad. Initially paid by Alba, four return tickets to Aus, hotels cars equipment and food all on the expenses. Barely change from £30k.

Cheap prospecting, well when you take off expenses and the fact the company burns a million a year yes very cheap to surface prospect.

As shareholders I would have urged you to demand a return on the Clogau mine before anything and any other expense. You were promised fast track gold, a billion just sitting there waiting to be dug. So far an expensive venture with little to show for that.

Feels like Clogau has very little left, a few results but it's not going to be mined and really with all that easy to get gold in the pits why wasn't that the first target and permit.

A nice retirement abroad, well earned I'd say.

But come on you lot are the expert rampers, so far no EV company was interested in the highest grade graphite in the world, you literally bottom fed of Bluejay and GC in Limerick whilst doing nothing

Some of the highest grade of gold into the world yet after almost decade and well over ten million all you have is permission to remove a few liters of water from a small section.

Now your major lithium holders with 1+% grades, pretty sure you'll be singing the lithium song soon, how does it go

There will be major's coming round the mountain when lithium comes,
Majors round the mountain,
Majors round the mountain,
Majors round the mountain when GF goes to Pilbera!

Sing along guys, transformational, fast tracking, irresistible....!

Do you want the truth?

They can't raise cash and we're never going to succeed at Clogau.

His job is to get paid, a new asset brings new investors.

Pump and dump, pump and dump, pump and dump.

The warnings were there all along you've lost everything!

Ah yes Henson was your.... whatever you call her lol.

But they said they were dropping strategic minerals to focus on Clogau, now they buy some pre exploration pile of dirt.... Another bottom feeding asset to raise wages from.

Are you not seeing a pattern yet?

Your money was long gone there's never any return or revenue just dilution and more exploration until they buy the next asset.

Pretty sure they will look to offload Clogau, it served it's purpose raised them well over ten million now it's time for a new asset to get other punters excited about and use the same words like tasty, real prize, fast track and so on which really seems to work with people like you!

Oh come on George said he had a big EV company lined up, then it was a giga factory in Britain, then the next Bluejay sized mine supplying the world, then billions in gold now he's back to lithium in Australia...

You've been shafted well and truly, £300k a year, easy money!

Oh dear I think the penny finally dropped for Noobz!

But lithium is a critical mineral, it's just too irresistible, a tasty target, we can fast track it, circa 5 billion pounds once we go into production.

Oh dear Boobs does this all sound familiar l, rinse repeat, rinse repeat, rinse repeat.

Well I did warn you.

But hey let's round up Ocelot, iceage and the gang to inspire us all about lithium whilst Alba jumps shop to Oz and sells this Welsh disaster.

And Henson to Artemis despite all that billions of gold jewellery she was going to design for the gold mine in Wales.

You couldn't make this up if you tried. Now Alba but 50% of Azure's licence next door. They issue more dillution shares to pay for it.

If someone offered a million for the gold mine GF would sell and jet off to Australia in a flash.
