the shares can be sold before that date due to various ways to get around these dates. I think bryall2 makes a very good point

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on or around 13 April 2018. The new ordinary shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank in full for all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after Admission and will otherwise rank on Admission pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares.

Don’t forget, a placing announced this am 250 million shares a 0.03 pence and could be flipping them as we speak, on the plus side 10% or so already traded. Al. Apologies over 20% or so. Al.

The 7 mill was at 0.359, that was at 8.10 and another 5 million at 0.375 time 9.15, data saying 38 million buys, v 3 million sells, quite a few chunky buys over a million. Sometimes there's a hidden sell that shows up later, might be why it dropped back a bit, still good that it's up, shows demand is there. I'm looking forward to flow test starting.

Alba could be the subject of a takeover at some stage for its holding in HH,
Angus might turn on them now that they are self sufficient ,of even a joint venture between the two companies , which might explain the hiring of the 2 oil consultants

A placing at 0.3p. This is another company that just issues a never ending series of placings. Regular as clockwork. Mediazest is another one, brought to AIM by the same people.

Apparently all they have to do is keep releasing rampy RNSs to keep people interested and that's enough to get the placings away and keep themselves employed.
