Looking forward to presenting at this year's Lithium, Battery and Energy Metals Conference hosted by

TBH, if a bid came in I wouldn't be complaining. Hopefully sentiment turns around soon.

"To produce 20m vehicles Tesla alone needs more than the total volume of lithium and natural graphite produced last year, almost a third of the magnet rare earths, 36% of the cobalt, and so on."

"....astonishing 8-fold rise in the price of lithium over the period, which in July averaged more than $60,000 per tonne. In July, lithium made up 46% of the total cost while in September 2020 it was only 11.6%. The persistent high price of lithium is also playing havoc with the economics of LFP batteries – which most EV-makers want for entry-level runabouts."

They had a good year with high tin prices. Be interesting to see what the production costs are with the expansion as margins will be tight right now.
Lithium will transform it.

From previous results, AISC for UTMC decreased by 16% to US$23,526.
The increase in production is needed to maintain decent profitability..the tin pays the costs, lithium is virtually in for free once it gets going

24.7p target price

From Hannam and Partners

Valuation: Mar’23E GBp 24.7/sh TP implies 375% upside
Our DCF-based sum-of-the-parts valuation of GBp 24.7/sh, 375% above the
current share price, incorporates Phases 1 and 2 of the Uis project including
lithium sales. We believe the market continues to underappreciate both the longterm potential of Uis and its near-term profitability, having generated £11m
EBITDA in 2021. ATM remains well set to continue investing in modular growth
of its Phase 1 operations whilst assessing funding options for Phase 2. Tin prices,
despite cooling to US$25k/t, below our long-term assumption of US$30k/t,
remain well supported by structural demand growth and the economics of new
supply, in our view

This company is going to get snapped up!!!....Sooner rather than later,
just on the forecast of 350K tonnes of lithium concentrate annually.....
imo gla

AfriTin is managed by an experienced board of directors and management team with a

current strategy to ramp-up annual production at the Uis Tin Mine in Namibia to more

than 10,000 tonnes of tin concentrate and 350,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate

I topped up again at these prices in the week, to bring my average down. I feel best to get in before the crowd arrives.

The tin prices probably be stale for a few months, then hopefully pick up later in the year, but medium to long term, I am convinced this is going places.

There are other Tin competitors though IMHO, ATM has so much more in the pipeline (Lithium still to come) and to be these prices (5.2P), it really is a steal, if you prepared to hold into 2023-2025.

The Tin Association today

"Tin prices hit new lows for the year in the last week on the back of further macro negativity. While the spot market for tin remains quiet, consumption remains relatively strong with long-term contracts performing well. With Chinese and now Indonesian smelters reducing output at these low prices, tin could move swiftly in the opposite direction once demand begins to pick up again."
