20/9/2013 14:21 | this is the way in for those pi's not wanting to pay a huge premium in ALO | howdlep
20/9/2013 14:10 | Following completion of the Acquisition and Subscription, AME will hold 121,739,130 Alecto shares, representing 24.9% of Alecto's issued share capital. | whereareallthemugpuntersyachts
20/9/2013 14:06 | good deal for ALO | whereareallthemugpuntersyachts
17/9/2013 13:19 | RNS today, minor adjustments to the subscription terms to ensure we don't take ALO over! Fair enough, I don't think that was ever the intention as it would mean us exploring again.. | broncowarrior
16/9/2013 20:13 | Decent sized buy to end the day. | chrisis33
13/9/2013 22:06 | And how was your cheeky nibble? Did you wash it down with a cheeky chianti? | inbrackets
13/9/2013 14:37 | Offer has slipped back since I posted so may try a cheeky nibble! | topnotch
13/9/2013 14:00 | I'm sure people will when they see it doesn't drop back. Low number of shares, low market cap and tightly held means any more good news and away we go. This was 20p once when they had no real assets at all. | broncowarrior
13/9/2013 08:09 | Holding it's gains impressively - anyone looking to top up at these levels??? | topnotch
12/9/2013 14:07 | My take on this is liquidity and holders are not about to sell now ,most of whom are holders for a couple of years. The buys are in small numbers. | teemore
12/9/2013 14:00 | Anyone there? did the world stop at 9.20 this morning? Anyone want to come out to play Buying and Selling? | inbrackets
12/9/2013 13:22 | Sorry, what I meant was, probably not enough free float to justify a holding RNS. Agree 4p could be breached fairly soon, although a quet day today. | broncowarrior
12/9/2013 11:13 | That is why it will be breached. A lack of liquidity means market makers are short of stock when demand increases. Consequently they have to raise prices to attract sellers to fill those buy orders | howdlep
12/9/2013 09:56 | Not sure there is enough free float to breach one of those thressholds given two shareholders plus Mr Archer hold about half. | broncowarrior
12/9/2013 06:33 | An interesting day ahead with a break of 4p coming up. I wonder if we will get a holding rns at some point in the near future? | howdlep
11/9/2013 15:33 | Would agree that proving the resource is next milestone, no doubt that's why they will be piling in over the next 3 months (presumably close to the key areas identified in May) ready to report come February. As to the price - who knows - would 20m be regarded as being world class when a footballer is valued at 85m? As far as RTZ goes, reading the blurb implies it was theirs to begin with but they had to release it presumably due to lack of development on this part of their landbank. Not sure if there is an exclusion on them as a future buyer and not sure how to find out. There is value in the current licence and even more come the confirmation of the resource. Roll on the next transfer window and Feb. | inbrackets
11/9/2013 15:01 | They way I see it, if they can prove up the new resource, it should be an easy sell to RIO who are right next door for 20mm USD plus. Could then move on to the next project and on a bigger scale, as we would have more cash behind us. Not much downside from here bearing in mind they can fund the drilling for this resource from existing resources. | broncowarrior
11/9/2013 13:56 | Should go bananas if the 4p resistance is breached... | topnotch
11/9/2013 12:03 | Bid pickup coming soon. I am looking for a break of 4p tomorrow morning | howdlep
11/9/2013 11:35 | The key is the CEO is backing the company with his own 500k and not options. As with CCE, where the CEO and CEO are doing the same, this is a great opportunity for the pi and at a very early stage in the cycle | howdlep
11/9/2013 11:35 | reduced CRAW but kept a few. This has legs (also might add to PIP re sudden volume today) | knigel
11/9/2013 11:31 | Hi Knigel You still in CRAW? Think this one has some legs. | chrisis33
11/9/2013 10:21 | Could thing I moved my 150k shares into my ISA a few weeks ago, tax free winnings from here. Great to see some proper interest and volume, with hopefully more news to come. Mr Archer I salute you for freshening up the company. | broncowarrior |
