Market makers no choice but to move the price up to try and attract sellers. Momentum building now

very few shares in issue which is one of the attractions. a 10bag from here would still only value us at 25mm, still a small compay so easily possible eventually.

Encouraged personally by the director's piling in a significant pile of his own cash not so long ago. Added today.

It's worth more than this, that's for sure. the main concern with this is they don't have a huge amount of cash - they are extremely disciplined with their cash control though which mitigates that.

Before it's legal wrangles PFP was worth 10x more than now which shows the value of just a licence in that part of the world

So AME could be worth 10-20x more than current price ?

this is crazy cheap

AME - £3m for a proper mineral sands licence in Mozambique
PFP - £7m for a massive legal wrangle over whether they hold a mineral sands licence in Mozambique

Nice number of trades today, but relatively low volume. Not much stock around full stop and especially at this price.

Nice to see the board livening up with lots of different posters. Anyone fancy creating a new one when the name changes? John Gilchrist tends to post on a competitor thread but he has a million of these.

Couldn't find anything on RIO JORCing their resource either, maybe we have the good resource. Seems like providing we can prove it up it would be an easy sell to RIO. Exciting.

This is excellent news. However it is just the beginning for this microcap where the CEO is heavily invested using his own money rather options. Hopefully we will get press coverage in the morning and a move beyond 4p over the next couple of days

Eldrath, is there anything in the last RIO annual report? The link I sent round earlier on another company suggested profits of around 20mm one of their resources.

I guess that depends on a lot of things...

I am quite fond of the frugal nature of the board who are made up of significant shareholders (Praetorian, Fiske and the new CEO). I like the fact that on the surface they seem to have been cutting some good deals. I like the fact we still have exposure to Kossanto.

The downside for me is that I know next to nothing about heavy mineral sands and the Rio Tinto factsheet for the adjacent permits suggests they have managed to drill 4000 holes without defining a resource. If anybody has found anything else from Rio Tinto on the subject I would be interested because their website doesn't have much information I could see.

I think I break even at about 3.5/4, somewhere in between there. I'm going to let this ride now, quite exciting times. Wonder if we are done with the acquisitions or we have another small one to do.
