the great thing is even though the price has fallen since the 16.75 spike on Wednesdays news last week there have been very few sell orders on level2 and the 6000 clip orders have been removed. The share price is now very prone to a re-rate upwards.

I believe Sh*tty (for that is his real name, not a mere non de plume behind which to hide) makes a habit of soiling underwear. Losses on LOND are but the most recent instance in a catalogue of defecations.

Perhaps the shares are at 11p because AMI is about to do an LOND.Or perhaps the shares are at 11p because EVERYONE thinks AMI is about to do an LOND.Timis is chairman here, he owns 12% through diamond corp, has 5m options, and took home a nice 7 figure sum last year - these are good reasons to think he may want AMI to succeed in its current structure.

I think ur find Ami board n frank have new buyer lined up after admin. They gonna screw share holders n make a personal mint.

This is aim and the people ur trusting are not nice people.

Big gamble this. 10% chance of making money.

One slight problem to the theory - What if the new owner is uncle Frank. Btw I hope it does not happen.

Uncle Frank doesn't have a kingdom if AMI goes. No AMI, no use of AMI's railway. Marampa becomes worthless again as the new owner of AMI refuses uncle Frank the rail link.

Refinancing options are a done deal. News of Uncle Franks takeover of Marampa tells us that.

There are some very slow individuals on this BB!

I believe disclosure of price-sensitive information has some leeway, depending on other factors:

hxxp://www.out-law.com/page-8300 - see the passage headed "Delay".

In any case I've yet to be convinced anything has really materially altered so far.

Have to agree with the third theory, regarding China Austerity. This move has also allowed the US market to pick up, increasing the value of the dollar.China owns hundreds of Billions of US Dollars, the value of which has significantly increased since they acquired them during the recession. Two birds with one stone so to speak.
