African Eagle (AIM: AFE; AltX: AEA) announces that it has today posted
to shareholders a Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be
held at 9.30 a.m. (BST) on Monday, 30 June 2014, at the offices of
Beaumont Cornish Limited, 29 Wilson Street, London, EC2M 2SJ, United
Kingdom, together with a form of proxy.
