18/7/2015 22:21 | I think there is a good chance that that 1.5M on Friday was a buy... unless there is a delayed buy still to appear on Monday... let's see... | cyberbub
17/7/2015 19:41 | People are bailing because of the lack of communication... Simple. News flow needs to be upped here... It's no surprise some are losing faith and bailing out given the slide since results. | tallprawn
17/7/2015 08:10 | Most of DL's shares in the doldrums and he seems very quiet which is unusual. Long term we should do well as it appears this is his pension banker and expect him to get much more involved as he moves on from LGO, UKOG, REM etc etc... | blueblood
16/7/2015 18:06 | Delayed sell 2M shares at 0.3p... someone must have been desperate... | cyberbub
15/7/2015 13:13 | More time for LGC. Fixated on that at the moment. Got its own Twitter account now. Keeping us up to date on an UNLISTED company. Throw us a bone AfriAg SA........... | michaelx105
08/7/2015 11:06 | Leni leaves UKOG (see RNS)......more time for AFRI? | vivgav
08/7/2015 00:38 | Good. Lets not hear from rwauu again. | michaelx105
07/7/2015 13:27 | rwauu - filtered | cyberbub
07/7/2015 11:08 | Forget the LIDL. Lidl is now for upscale chaps. I bet 99p or poundland makes more profit in any of the most ruined down uk hellholes than afriag. 60 thousand??? During the time when oil was cheap as water??? Wait for the next year. This will be at 0.001- nominal price. | rwauu
07/7/2015 11:01 | I bet one LIDL store in Merseyside makes more than 60 thousand profit in a year??? | rwauu
07/7/2015 10:54 | To cyberbub. Yep, wait till DL himself will start hauling veggies in his luggage during trips from/to africa. Oh, and he is flying FJET, so you get the picture!!! Business is booming with dhare selloff. See this to hard hitting bottom of 0.2. | rwauu
06/7/2015 22:28 | rwauu you have completely misunderstood. The 60 grand profit was from the marketing arm, which is wholly owned by Afriag, and was only trading for part of last year. The key point is that it is profitable. The trucking business is only 40% owned by Afriag, and it does not yield any profit/divis yet - but it does seem to be growing fairly rapidly. That is all. | cyberbub
06/7/2015 20:13 | rwauu, i understand your post but i would see AFRI as an investment company first, with the haulage division as something they may be able to grow over time. This is Africa and it will take time but I am sure it will be worth it. IMO only. | tenapen
06/7/2015 18:09 | There seems to be a bit of buying interest creeping back around these levels again? | cyberbub
30/6/2015 16:21 | The drop to .40 - .45 is only reflecting the real-world spread for the last couple of days... | cyberbub
26/6/2015 16:50 | Exactly. The Gatsby deal will have brought an additional cashflow into the kitty since December. Personally I see no obvious reason to raise cash (via equity anyway). Just my view though. It's certainly a medium/long-term hold, to deliver value. | cyberbub
26/6/2015 16:12 | Historic results and no relevance to today's position. | blueblood
26/6/2015 15:27 | Yes interesting, I can now sell a couple of mill. Is someone thinking that the air has been cleared and perhaps the way now open to announce new deals in the coming weeks? Personally I was reasonably encouraged by the results, bearing in mind that they only cover up to Dec. A bit bare bones, but enough suggestions of future deals to make it interesting. And importantly I don't (IMO) think that the company is running out of cash, if anything the cash pile is likely to be growing. I guess we will find out in late Sept with the interims. | cyberbub
26/6/2015 14:04 | Buyers down here | vivgav
26/6/2015 12:19 | No massive stampede for the exits it seems, tiny volume, so far at least. | cyberbub
26/6/2015 12:18 | A few departing. | vivgav
26/6/2015 12:00 | Dont see why they would need cash... had almost a mill in cash at Dec 31, and are now making a (modest) profit... which should be increasing now with the Gatsby contract.Of course there may be a need for cash for investment in new vehicles and services, but if there are large contracts backing them up then they should be able to debt-finance these? | cyberbub
26/6/2015 11:34 | Nothing to phone home about. Will wait and hope and hope | letmepass |
