I will be looking to re-enter here at some point.
Yesterday I made the mistake of buying into Ferrex with the money from Afraig.
It looks like no speculative type of penny share investor wants to be in any other company, other than Oxus and Churchill. We just force ourselves to be part of these boring long term investments to help hedge against bad artibation results.

The 10% drop is disappointing but is on volume of a couple of million sells... 10 grand's worth...

Tivoli yes... but Noventa was a binary bet, with urgent financing problems, faulty equipment and very intermittent revenue... a huge gamble.AFRI is a 40% holder of a rapidly growing company transporting high-value produce around the world... with big players giving it a vote of confidence... and little need for capital...Chalk and cheese.Or Tantalum and Tomatoes?

One lesson I learnt is to always check out a derampers profile.
I was rewarded by listening to the fisherman in TXO.
I sold out yesterday here for 0.48p.

I was warned in Noventa when they was 7p to sell by Simon Cawkwell. I did not listen and I ended up loosing a 5 bagger into a 70% loss. Therefore my 1K became 6K and then worth £300. Even when I was in Langbar there was a constant deramper warning its all a scam and again I turned a 6K profit into a loss.

The recent contract win has been covered in alot of the national press finance pages so not surprising it continues to rise....good to see coverage outside us crazies frequenting the BB !!

For me the marketing division is equally as important as the Gatsby contract and hopefully wont be missed by many ... given the speedy start up and move to profits clearly some significant ...a couple of large contracts in the pipe with south korea also

Interestingly David Lenigas did hint that at some point he might do an RTO with Afriag also... not sure whether he meant he would reverse the remaining 60% of the Pty company into the listed company, or that he would reverse another much larger company in... could be lucrative for shareholders if it happened...

5baggers i think i have another WRN for you

TEA will be a multibagger and very soon imo. Just changed name from SPR to TEA Financial on Friday.
CEO has hinted at TEA being a 10x bagger on twitter last week. £1.5m market cap with £500k in cash. These cash shells with the right backers are known to rise significantly from these low market caps.

Just look at what PMG, CHA, WRN, LPH, ZOL, VMP have done.. Some have risen 20-100+ fold.

TEA is backed by billionaire Jonathan Rowland

And CEO is Jason on drummond who sold COMS

Jason Drummond@jkd7477
Has founded, and built some great Internet and tech businesses over the last 19 years. Jason has IPOd 9 of his companies and sold 3 since 1999.

Sorry o/t

Ahmed, I have not been on this board for a while and I see you are still flogging a dead horse. The Gatsby Foundation obviously think very different to you and appeared very happy to put their good name behind AfriAg. I think the market is proving you wrong.

the assets were worth 5 grands gross and she generate losses 18 months ago,so how much she worth today? you think she worth the 6 millions market cap of afriag?

For the 4 months to 30 June 2013 AfriAg SA generated a net loss of ZAR 277,000 (equivalent to c. £18,500) on no revenue. As at 30 June 2013 the gross assets of AfriAg SA were ZAR 62,000 (equivalent to c. £5,000) comprising cash only.

"Any revenues due to the Company would be by way of periodic dividends from AfriAg SA. The Company is not anticipating any dividends in the short term as excess capital is being retained in the South African based business to assist with growing the business".

ok ok,lets wait to see wahat go to happen, but she have no revenues from the last rns and she already state this last year in her update,so i right. she have another division who is give some revenues but the operational costs of the whole business is more and she need to find more monies because this business is have lot of expensive costs. this why is no revenues in the rns,so the revenues destination is uncertain, but the equity interest is doesnt include revenues to the plc.
