APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR OF AFFINITY SUTTON HOUSING ASSOCIATION AND CIRCLE 33
David Avery, Clarion Housing Group Board member, has been appointed chair of Affinity Sutton Housing Association and Circle 33. David, replacing Neil Goulden who has stepped down from the role to become Group Chairman, will oversee the consolidation of the housing associations.
David has over 10 years' experience serving on housing association boards with more than six years as Chair. Initially with Saxon Weald Homes Ltd and more recently with Peabody as Chair of their Gallions and CBHA subsidiaries (he will be standing down in July). David also serves as a non executive director on the board of Gen2 Property Ltd, a property services consultancy.
Previously, David has held a variety of executive and management roles in the semiconductor capital equipment industry and he brings with him a wealth of experience in service delivery and operations - key focus areas for the new housing association.
