DIRECTOR / PDMR DEALINGS
Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), the upstream oil and gas Company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that it has received notification that a person discharging managerial responsibilities has transferred ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into ISA accounts.
The details of the relevant transactions are as follows::
· Anastasia Deulina has rebalanced portfolio through the sale of a total of 68,841 Ordinary Shares and purchase of 68,669 Ordinary Shares into her USA based ISA.
As a result, and following the transactions, the total aggregate shareholding in the Company held by Anastasia Deulina comprises 2,539,663 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.12% of the Company's issued share capital. This represents no material change to such total aggregate shareholding prior to the transactions above.
