AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, announces that Richard Dunkley, Chief Financial Officer designate of the Company, acquired 270,144 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 11.10 pence per share on 13 April 2018.

Following the transaction, Richard Dunkley is interested in a total of 270,144 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
