Another pile of BS...When ICL project did not go ahead they blamed ICL not being able to produce consistent stream of hydrogen.

What they really meant is their electrode did not work with industrial hydrogen without disintegrating after a very short time...Which is why we have not heard a thing about Akzo in how many years, nothing they say now can be taken at face value IMO...
